Blast and Cruise vs. Long Duration w/ Increasing Doses
I'm looking for some feedback from some of the experienced members that have gone "on" for an extended period of time. What have you had more success with...
A Blast and Cruise type protocol, for example:
Test E or C 750mg/wk for 10 weeks
Test E or C 250mg/wk for 8 weeks
and then repeat
Or just a long duration cycle and increase dosage as needed, for example:
Week 1-8 Test E or C 500mg/wk
Week 9-16 Test E or C 750mg/wk
Week 17-24 Test E or C 1000mg/wk
These are just examples, so if you've used something similar please still post your experience.

I've found that the blast and cruise works better for mee. If you're going to try and add muscle for 24 weeks all of that eating personally would make me sick and hate eating and I love to eat. But for 8-10 weeks of all out eating and then 8 weeks of cutting excess body fat is more my style.

I like the blast/cruise method probably just for the simple fact that after 12-16 weeks (I usually run longer cycles) my body is usually pretty ready for a break. That and it's probably good to give your body a break from the high doses periodically.....although as far as health is concerned I'm not exactly sure how much safer 250mg is to 750mg or what have you.

i always come off for month and half after pct.. i always do great on every cycle.. i dont believe in staying on all the time.. just waste money and products imo.
ive been on hgh for 1yr now and i dont hardly ever lose much gains at all.

I am very tierd, so this may be a bit sketchy and I may miss a few points, Other can finish where i left off
I see no point at all in increasing dosages,
Now with that being said..
Tapering off after a 12 weeks cycle for 4 weeks has worked wonders for myself in the recovery area..
500mg /week test e 1-12
12-16 250mg-125mg /week test e
increaseing the dosage over time doesnt make to me unless you are short on funds, Pick a protocol and stick with it.
750mg a week sust 1-12
taper 12-16 250 to 125mg /week
Now, lets argue the difference in your 2 protocols..
Blast and cruise. BLAST DOESN'T SOUND GOOD FOR YOUR BODY HORMONAL BALANCE.
4 weeks to reach a stable blood level and hormonal balance, suggesting a proper weekly administration.
that leaves you with 6 weeks to really hit it hard and eat eat eat. You will have to be very very sharp with your diet/training
Overtraining is a possible issue.
fast recovery time after cycle;.
No need to pyramid dosage.
May hit a plateau in strength and size.\
Long recovery time with PCT.
possible more mass gains, more actual muscle added, more bf reduced.
lesser side effects.
EITHER IS FINE, In the end its up to what you want to accomplish.
Personally I would run 750mg of test a week for 12 weeks then taper off. Very simple, very good results.
They call me master shredded.
