Var/Winstrol cycle question

I've never done a cycle before so I figured I would start with Alin's Oral only cycle of Anavar/Winstrol. I am pretty squared away with my nutrition and lifting but I'm not sure if I should be taking an estrogen blocker while I am on the cycle. If anyone has done this cycle or has any advice I would greatly appreciate some input. Thanks..

you shouldnt need an estrogen blocker for a light cycle like this, just follow it exactly as its laid out on the site with the PCT and all and you will be fine

Not sure about the Winny but if Alin says it is good then it is good. All I know is that I took Anavar B4 and it was cool. You don't need any anti for that IMO.

Good mild cycle ... what are you trying to achive ..you goal

I am 5'10, 180lbs and about 7.5% bf. All I am trying to do right now is put on about 10lbs of solid muscle so I can maintain 190lbs and stay lean. I'm hoping that his mild cycle is good enough to get me the 10lbs. My nutrition and my lifts are pretty dialed but unfortunately my schedule doesn't allow me to lift with a regular partner so it's hard to lift super heavy.

do you actually maintain 7.5% bf? Thats really difficult and not very healthy

I fluctuate between about 7 and 9%. I just finished a lean down program but I'll definitely start putting on some weight when I start this Anavar/Winstrol cycle.
