Thanks everyone! Yeah it was a lot of work, I'll go ahead and layout stage 1 of my diet and what my workouts looked like;

I train first thing in the morning at 530am, some people recommend training later in the day which makes sense if you can, but I work 50+ hours a week. What I like about training then is my energy levels always seemed to be consistent.

Pre workout: 1 scoop whey, 4 rice cakes, 1 banana with bcaas
Immediately before workout 3 scoops no-xplod (love this stuff)

Post workout: 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein, 1 scoop gatoraid concentrate bcaas/glutamine

Breakfast: 1 cup dry oats, 1/4 raisins, 4 whole eggs 2 egg whites, multi vitamin, fish oil, glucosemine, herb milk thistle

Snack 1: 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein, half a banana, 1/2 cup dry oats

Lunch: 7 oz can tuna, 2 slices organic wheat bread

Snack 2: 3 oz beef jerky, 2 sticks string cheese

Dinner: 10oz sirloin, 1 can green beans, multi vitamin, fish oil, milk thistle, glucosemine

Before bed (if I I'm awake): 2 scoops casein, 1 oz walnuts, zma

I trained 5 days on 1 off in this stage I did no cardio and reps were always in the 6-15 range with barbell and dumbells alternated;

Day 1 chest/calves: Flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, dumbbell or cable flys

Day 2 back/abs: rows, pulldowns, machine rows, deadlifts, straight arm pulldowns

Day 3 quads/hams/calves: extensions, square, leg press, lying curls, standing curls, straight leg deadlifts

Day 4 shoulders/abs: barbell presses, lateral raises, upright rows, rear laterals, shrugs

Day 5 bi's/tri's: barbell curls, dumbbell curls, hammer curls, Skull crushers, one arm dumbbell exstensions, cable press downs

Day 6: rest

Day 7: repeat

did the acne go mate just curious i got backne after my last cycle so i jumped on the accutane from the doctors !! and my next cycle is the same as urs

It did go away about 3 months after I came off. I've cycled since then and it was acne free. I realize now I just can't use tren, it gave me the worst acne I've ever had in my life on my back and especially my face. Tren works great, but the cons out weight the pros for me.
