I hear ya man, and I completely agree. My whole entire family and extended family are very thin people. Not that I'm using that as an excuse... but its a fact. I naturally really don't have a big appetite. I've tried to stuff my face, I've attempted to drink a lot of protein, etc. But it just makes me wanna throw up.
The only real time that I've ever had a huge appetite was when I did my first cycle... and of course the GHRP-6.
I even tried the B-12... doesn't do shit
