Actually, it was the end of March '06 when I looked just like that. In fact that was when my good friend and professional strongman Kevin Nee TOOK THAT EXACT SAME PICTURE OF ME YOU HAVE IN YOUR AVATAR. at that point i was 6'0", 218 lbs... measured at 6.2% bf with calipers at a sports performance gym. Dont really take tape measurements. Best bench- 455, best squat- 495 ass to the floor, best deadlift- 635. I hvent been consistent with diet or training at all since october. Have had a lot of personal issues come up and get in the way. i am still in above average shape and probably 'buff' to most people walking the street, but in our world, i feel like shit right now. i'm down to 195, and about 11% now. Nothing all too impressive. Looking forward to getting back into it once life gets better.

Interesting in one of hes first post he said he just lost 3% BF and now he is 13%. That pic we are talking about would not be someone at 13% BF.

This is my first cycle, I didnt want to do just test e because Im not looking for fat and water that bulking brings since I just lost about 3% BF with a good diet. Now Im 6ft. 215lbs. around 12-13% BF. Heres my question should I add a low dose of test e to keep my libido happy and to have a test base or will the hcg be enough? Heres the gear I have but havent started yet, Please let me know your honest thoughts on my first cycle.

10 Week LEAN MASS Cycle
Weeks 1-10 400mg Eq Per Week
Weeks 5-10 75mg Tren ace EOD
?weeks 1-10 500 mg test e. But I may leave this out!
I need help with the dose of hcg mabee on week 4 start useing 300 to 500iu sunday and wednesday?

PCT
Week 11 40mg Nolvadex/100mg Clomid Every Day
Week 12 30mg Nolvadex/50mg Clomid Every Day
Week 13 20mg Nolvadex/50mg Clomid Every Day

Oh ya I almost forgot, Im 26 and I have been weight training for 3yrs now and I have played basketball my whole life, I have a few PH cycles (tren xtreme) under my belt also. A few more thinks about myself reasons why Im tring to stay away from test,I dont like the idea of bloat and water retintion.

I have done a lot of research on AAS in the past few months and decided they were for me. From my research I have come to the conclusion that EQ would be the Idea steroid for me,Stacked with 6 weeks of tren ace.to finish for lean mass gains (posted above) hopefully around 15 retainable lbs. of lean muscle. could you and your buddys give me some tips on this cycle and your honest opinion of my goal gains and if there realistic. Thanks in advance.

yes but most of the fictional avatars are obvious...hot women, pro IFBB's, etc. Most people dont just find some random dudes picture that noone recognizes and toss it up in the avatar b/c they admire the guys physique...
