I have just learned about them, in the last couple of weeks, but if they help a workout/(energy) then I want them to! :) for those days that aren't as good as others in the gym!! :cool: Tsimehc74

i used to be able to get my hands on some from a certain site wont say but they worked great for strength and speed. i would defenitly buy it if alin got some cheque drops!!
