Mixing HCG

I have never used HCG.
I just got it in today.
It comes with a HCG amp, Vial with a tablet in it and I got the B. Water.
Do i draw the amp into the vial then B. water into the vial?
Does this sound right?
I guess the vial with the tablet in it came as a surprise to me.

I dont know if its different from that site.

its easy

add 1cc bac water into the amp. add the water slowly.

then draw the 1cc out and inject into a sterile vile

add 3 cc's of bac water to the vile. if you have 2000 iu's of HCG you now have 4 500 iu doses

adjust water based on qty of hcg and desired dose

Looks like the kit comes with an amp of water.
I just wont use that amp and use my b. water.
I got it now.
