When on a bulking cycle most of us have our set diet which we stick to but what would you do if you were offered a meal and it was relatively healthy aka potatoe and mince (cottage pie) or lasagne,obviously nothing like chips or something very fatty but surely the more calories you can get the better ontop of your set diet?

when im on a bulking cycle/diet i try to stick with my diet plan but you gotta have substitutes or anything on top of your regular meals, if its at all possible to still be able to eat, is a go. my diet isnt all that clean but that is the whole point of it ya know. but yeah stay away from chips or anything covered in oil or ranch haha.

Man I Love to eat...and good food too!
Im not going thru life on Chicken and egg whites.
I love to eat steak,Ribs,Crablegs, FRIED Chicken :) Ice cream.
If it has protein in it Ill eat it.

When your on high doses 2g+ then evey cal helps, one guy i know says a dirty bulk is the best way. Hes on those kinds of doses and competes and look great.

Im not going thru life on Chicken and egg whites.
I love to eat steak,Ribs,Crablegs, FRIED Chicken :) Ice cream.
If it has protein in it Ill eat it.

Yeah I agree. Eat whatever has protein content when you are bulking. If you wake up without taking 3 dumps in the first 2 hours of you being awake, you did not eat enough!;) :D

If your a hardgainer then you can eat anything. For those who gain
fat by looking at a piece of pie, have no choice but to stay on a strict diet.

i cheat once in a while. i cant be worried about training and diet ALL the time. every weekend i go spend time with friends and my latino girls:D :D always cook some killer dominican soul food. its probably 5million calories a plate and more potent than weight gainer but it tastes so damn good.
