View Full Version : Changing lifting routine while on pct

My cycle is coming close to an end, i'v been on Stealth 500mg of Test E and 600mg of Eq every week, im on week 13 of 15, i just started my Nolva right now cause iv developed some tenderness in my left nipple, Im thinking of cutting the cycle two weeks short and starting my pct in two weeks, of clomid and nolva, should I run my nolva till my nipple tenderness subsides? Also you guys that are doing a bulking cycle do you try and lift the same during pct as on cycle? Right now im lifting heavy weights with less reps. Im thinking of starting up a diet and doing cardio with less weight and more reps, to try and clean up a little fat iv gained on cylce. Let me know what you guys think would be a good route for me to take. Thanks for the help!

How much nolva are you taking? Just up it and run it through ur normal pct. After a bulking cycle i dont do any cardio for a while because I want to keep as much of my bulk as possible, and yea i try to stick to the same weight i was lifting on cycle, its almost impossible, i start losin a rep here and a rep there, but i still manage to keep most of my strength and size and then i get ready for my 6 week cutting cycle.

why would you do a cutting when your body is catabolic? That is not the best approach. Solidify gains, keep working on the heavy weights, but lower the volume and frequency. Do your PCT and pay close attention to the amount of carbs you are consuming. If you are gaining fat it was because you miscalculated on the macros.

Check your diet log and adjust as necessary.
