AAS and novacane

One of my teeth cracked in half due to an old filling not being done right. So I went to the dentist today, and he couldnt get me numb so that I couldnt feel it. cheek got numb, toung got numb, but my tooth wouldnt get numb.

Doc said that its most likely due to an having a bad infection deep in my tooth. Gave me antibiotics and pain killers, a temp crown and another appointment. He said that a bad infection can keep the novacane from reaching the nerve in the tooth.

So my question is, would Sust and Deca prevent the novacane from working properly? I'm on week 1.5 of my 2nd cycle. I was also taking 20mg of dbol a day, but didnt take any today due to my tooth hurting like hell. I didnt eat much today either which I'm not too happy about. I'll be living off of protien shakes / weight gainer until Thursday.

I've never heard of any reaction with novacaine. i know that cocaine acts as a local anaesthetic and is a close relative of novacaine and has no reaction with aas. i hate gettin sick. ive been havin stomach problems the last couple days and cant eat much :(.
