I am thinking of doing a cycle for the off season training for some tri's. Any sugestions would be a big help.
My stats:
5'11"
180 lbs
12 % bf
27 years old
Also, is if you have any sugestions as to when I shoud start before the season starts. (June)

If you're just looking for recovery so you can train harder then just go with some test prop 100mg EOD or sustanon 500mg a week for 8 or 10 weeks followed by a standard PCT.

Now If you are looking to bulk up and harden those gains, Test Prop 100mg EOD / Masteron 100 mg EOD would work wonders.
It all depends on your goals bro.

Being a triathalete I can't see you wanting to get bigger. If you just want to harden up you might want to do more of a cutting cycle with say eq and whinny. Need to now what you expect.

For a positive effect on endurance and recovery with minimal H2O ret, could test E @ 250mg EW be an acceptable alternative to the faster ester prop? I've got a shitload of Balkan EQ and Winny (Zambon) but thinking of switching Winny out in favor of Masteron or Var. I can't imagine holding onto much water with all my cardio even with the addition of some Test E.

IMO forget winny if you are going to use your joints HARD in any kind of athletic activity.
For endurance activities (like yours) EQ and EPO (the last needs $$$ and is DANGEROUS...) are the best choices combined with something live Var.

I mean one or the other...both combined together can be too much for your body.
