does everyone filter their Test E Iranian Amps

Just curious what percentage of people filter and sterilize their Test E Iranian amps?or any other gear? Is this absolutely necessary healthwise to filter and sterilize?Im about to start my first cycle and need to know. All comments appreciated:confused:

They do not need filtering. They are ready to shoot.

The only products that needed to be filtered and sterilized were the bulk oils, which Alin doesn't evensell any more. Everything else is ready to shoot!

just "pop" the amp and shoot, there is no other sound so wonderful as those amps being popped open. other than a moaning and groaning female!:D

I've NEVER filtered anything from Alin...Amps, vials, stealth...You name it, I've used it and never filtered and never any probs.
