ramping down is more important than up...just start ur dose where u want and then ramp off

Indeed a good idea.

Ramping down is very important, but I also prefer to ramp up. After all, you’re messing with your thyroid when using t-3, so taking all precautions is a good idea.

I subscribe to the theory that your thyroid is just like your testes. If you dont pyramind your AAS, why would you pyramid with T3? I also beleive that you should have a PCT such as gugglesterones or something else that promotes thyroid funtion.
Before everyone starts saying "you can shut down your thyroid", get evidence of it happeneing.

thyroid....testies....just alike? man you sound ignorant. please do research before you come to a conclusion like that. do you know this from experience? i would like to see you start off with 100mcgs for 6 weeks and dont ramp down. try this a few times and im sure youll be taking T3 for a lot longer than you expected :D

Ok, let me explain: Why is there two schools of thought for the two of them (T3 and AAS). With T3, you ramp up, ramp down, and dont use a PCT. With AAS, you (generally) dont ramp up, dont ramp down, and have a PCT
Both the testes and the thyroid will decrease production of their respective hormones when exogenous hormones are supplied. They will also both restore production when they receive messages telling them the body does do not have enough. It is in this respect that they are the same.
If you applied the current T3 protocol to AAS, everyone would be on your case and letting you know that you are an idiot for running them in that manner. But why?
Virtually everyone will claim that stopping suddenly will result in a non-functioning thyroid, or perminant shut-down, but this is the same with AAS, testosterone production has (generally) been shut down because the body already has enough. Then, to restore this function, people run PCT to have it back at full-function quicker.
Now, for those who claim that the thyroid will shut down forever, supply evidence. The clostest study that I have read to what you claim is that it took nearly 6 weeks to come back to the previous level of production after over a year of supplementation. Havign a PCT that up-regulated thyroid function would restore this even faster.
Why would you tapper off? You thyroid is already shut-down, so why would you then start to decrease the amount being supplied? The thyroid normally only produces ~12.5ug of T3 per day, so even taking 25ug will STILL be sending negative feedback. Only after having stopped for a day or two will the body realise that it needs to produce more

Dose depends on a few things. Take enough T3 to get your BBT to 98.3. When you stop, do it cold turkey, and use some HCG and Clomid to help you recover more quickly.
