View Full Version : which cycle is best to start with

i have been looking over the cycles and researching them, but what do you guys suggest out of the 4 newbie cycles.
i am about 6ft. tall, 194lbs.,
i work out everyday.
monday-chest, abs, 1hr. cardio tuesday-bi's, tri's, abs, cardio
wed.-back, shoulders, " "
thurs.-bi's, tri's superset, " "
friday-superset chest, " "
sat.-legs, " "
sunday-off, or just 1hr. cardio

my diet consist of egg whites in the morning, then a protein shake, then 4oz. chichen breast, then another protein shake, then a 4oz. steak for dinner, then a protein and carb shake before i go to bed

Test-e or cyp and a lot more food then you are eating now. There is a fair amount of protein in your diet, but hardly any fats or carbs.

I would suggest revamping your diet before jumping on cycle.

Gotta bump A jr on the diet. The gear will not work without sufficient protein intake. Another area of concern is the amount of cardio. What is your bodyfat %? With that much cardio and lifting you should be pretty lean. If so then cutting back some on cardio, eating more and better will allow great results with the right cycle.

Make sure you get blood work done. Best before cycle and then if you can afford it during, and a MUST 2-3 weeks after PCT.

WK 1-10 500mg Test Enan
WK 1-10 400mg EQ (Equipose?)
WK 1-12 10mg Nolva ED
WK 13 40mg Nolva Ed and/or 150mg Clomid ED
WK 14 30mg Nolva Ed and/or 100mg Clomid ED
WK 15 20mg Nolva Ed and/or 50mg Clomid ED

I would have to agree with Test E or Cyp. My first cycle was a 12 weeker of test E at 500mgs/w split up in 2 shots a week. plus i jump started the cycle with d-bol at 30mgs/d for weeks 1-4. Make sure to have nolva on hand before you start your cycle, since you do not know how you are going to react.

thanks for all the input, i am going to definitely get this cycle sometime soon. i am probably going to set up a PO box to receive the goods, i am never home, so i don't want to mess with that. one question, i have read about 10% free goodies, what exactly is this? thanks

10% free whatever you want...except for the winstrol if i remember correctly

I think you should definitely listen to the diet advice. That is some great advice. What are you trying to accomplish? If you are trying to get more size then 500 mg Test E or cypionate wks 1-10, 40 mg a day Oral Tbol wks 1-6, and 400 mg EQ weeks 7-12. Wait 2 weeks then start 100 mg clomid week 1, 50 mg of clomid + 20 mg Nolva week 2, 50 mg clomid + 20 mg week 3. Up your lean protien (soy eggs foul and fish) to 250 mg a day or higher just as soon as you take your last dose.

i'm trying to get big and ripped. i don't want to get too huge. the perfect body for me would a roy jones jr. in the end. i don't want to get bodybuilder huge. just look real good and still be able to play my sport.
