Ok, here is my protein feed ( and thank fuck I dont have to pay for it!!) - the other stuff I have left off for carbs etc

Please dont moan about my lack of fibre - duco lax is more effective :-)

PROTEIN DAILY

200gr Beef tenderloin (cooked blue)
500gr fresh chicken breast (no skin, poached) - split into 2 meals
2 tins tuna in water (snack during day)
200gr fresh tuna, bluefin, grilled rare
300gr fresh atlantic salmon, grilled with skin( coz it has great oil)
5 x 40gr Syntetek Whey Isolate shakes (with meals)

Thats a whopping 583 grams of protein....You know how hard it is to eat that much? and I still have 10 weeks to go.... :D

I model for a magazine for women, and as such have an allowance for keeping fit. They gave me a credit card and an unlimited food bill...I also get to bone tons of very hot models every day....

Now that I am awake......

Nah, I fucking wish, I have several restaurants, and eating is part of my thing.....My staff have fucking big eyes with the amount that I am eating....It is awesome being a chef, and having a staff of 30 that make all the shit you want...the only down-side is the kitchens open at 10 am, so I make my first meal myself - poor me! Oh, sorry, I pay for the protein powder......

nah, tho I worked in N'Awlins for a year...have 3 in South Africa, two in Hk and three in Australia.....

am officially over fucking salmon..just ate 300grams of it, fuck me it has a LOT of natural oils, feel like retching.. Still good to go on the fresh tuna, and the tinned stuff is like sand-paper going down...I may have to rise an hour earlier, and go to sleep an hour later to reduce the intake per meal, and may increase to 8 meals rather than 6-7.

All this feeding is making me look pregnant....and christ alone knows what I am doing to the plumbing. Luckily for me, I live in the top floor flat, so gravity is my saving grace...sucks for the 25 innocent families it passes on the way down tho......:o

and here is the rub (and not to tempt fate, so dont exclude me Alin)..with all things going well, and me winning the contest, I wouldnt have to pay for my gear either...... :D It would be like a threesome EVERYDAY for 12 weeks.

ok, because I am the class clown, the big tease, the guy who contributes very little in terms of advice etc, I will bore you all with my daily diet.

I do this in the hope that we can prove once and for all that it is quality food intake, balanced with correct training (in particular rest and hitting muscle groups), and NOT ONLY ON JUICE that make a difference. Now I dont claim to know a lot, but I am happy to experiment with my body, and do take to heart the knowledge gained BY EXPERIENCE of the valuble members on this board.

I am on Test e, EQ. I started with a warm up of Var for 4 weeks. I am now in my third week of the jabs...... BUT please remember this thread is about FOOD, not JUICE!!!!!! I do consider myself a little porky, with about 17 % BF, and am at 215 lbs. My goal is to keep my carbs lower, my protein high, and only get fats from oils from fish, oilve oils from cooking etc.....

(**Insert plug for SYNTHETEKS GREAT PRODUCTS HERE**) :-)
6-30 am Pure Protein shake
10 am 250gr Blue Fin Tuna Loin, grilled, NO OIL OR SALT
1/2 cup cooked rice
Bread roll ( i had to taste the bread I baked!!)

12-30 pm 300gr Beef Tenderloin, grilled, NO SALT

1-30 pm Protein shake (ALWAYS 40gr OF POWDER)

4 pm 250gr BLUE FIN TUNA, GRILLED

5-30pm Protein Shake (and a note on the shakes, made with water, and 1 banana every time)

7-15 Thai Chicken Green Curry, 250gr fresh chicken breast, coconut cream curry sauce (OK< SO I AM A CHEF _ IT IS EASY :-)

10 pm Another shake - then a shag and a sleep

Sometime when I wake up during the evening for a piss, one shake good to go in the fridge.....
