Although its fairly common to hear that a first cycle should be TEST only @500mgs for 16 weeks ect. I am planning on doing a Sustanon250 cycle @500mgs for 16 weeks which is set to begin next month. My question is would it make any sense to add EQ to this cycle??! I have seen and heard excellent results in stacking EQ with Sust250, but this is my first cycle. What do you guys think?

Ive seen people get great results with just 250mgs of sust a week on their first cycle, so 500 should do nicely. But since you dont know how your body will react yet, just be sure you have some anti-e's on hand in case you get signs of gyno. Also you might wanna think about using the EQ at the end to finish and cut up with...

I'm getting ready to do me first AAS cycle in 10 years it'll look like this.
300mg/wk test e 12 wk
200mg/wk eq 12 wk
10mg/day 12wk d-bol (yes, just 10mg/day 12 wk)
PCT as needed
I realize it a very low dose cycle compared to alot of others, reason being is that I have been off for so long I'm treating it as if I never cycled before. My first back in the late 80's was
250-300mg/wk test e 12wks cycled up & back down
150-200mg/wk deca 12 wks cycled up & back down
no pct
I actually went from 210 to 235 and when all was over I keep about 18lbs.
I'm currently 41, 5'-10" about 220lbs-225lbs
Trying something different with the d-bol, using more like a supplement, don't know how thats going to go.

Just so you know sustanon is test. It is a stack of 3 kinds.

Not knocking ya brutha but EQ is not going to cut nobody up in the end, it takes about 4-6 weeks to kick in full throtle. By the time it kicks in the cycle will be over. But you are right about the anti's, you should have novadex on hand incase any problems peek out.
Bump Beetlejuice : Sust has 4 different test in there, so EOD injections would be recommended to keep the blood levels more even.(take advantage of the short acting esters)
Sust would work awsume with EQ for a first cycle, but I would recommend running the cycle for 12 weeks, not 16. That is to long a cycle for a first( not needed at all)
Try this
WK 1-10 500mg Test Sust EOD
WK 1-10 400mg EQ (Equipose?)
WK 1-12 10mg Nolva ED
WK 13 40mg Nolva Ed and/or 150mg Clomid ED
WK 14 30mg Nolva Ed and/or 100mg Clomid ED
WK 15 20mg Nolva Ed and/or 50mg Clomid ED

If he goes 16 weeks the eq will have plenty of time to kick in, just start it on week 8 or 9 and finish up with it and do the diet right and he should have no probs with using the EQ to cut up with at the end.
I personally like long cycles, the longer the cycle length for me the better the gains stay when i go off...and from blood work ive had done, i havent seen any differences from a 8 weeker to 6 month one...

What about the "Sust flu" a few people have told me about, is that something that is for real? Is this a common side with Sustanon or something that hits the odd person?

Yea, you have a point there brutha, but 16 weeks for a newbie would be pretty harsh for a first timer? But it all does depend on how your nutrition is. Anyone can take what ever they want cutter/bulker ect.. But just because you take EQ doesnt mean that you are going to cut.
Blood work is a definate, especaily when you compete. Blood work should be done by everyone In my book. ( but we dont live in this perfect world where everyone does) Blood work is does wonders in many ways for people, but no one takes it serious enough. It can help you find out when you can jump back on a cycle, which is very important. You might be able to cycle back on quicker than you think. So I do got your back with the blood work also.
The only thing that scares me is a newbie not knowing himself like we do and going on a cycle to long, and maybe hurting himself for the long run.

You make an excellent point in regards to the bloodwork mickey! But what I have always been curious about is where do you get it done? Its not like you can walk into the family Dr. and as for it or can you? Thanks for the usefull info as well boys!

Your def right mickey he needs to decide if its really worth it to go that long on a 1st cycle that could harm his body. If he goes 16 he needs blood work completed before he starts to get a a baseline of values and during the duration of the cycle to see how much change has occurred... and with a first timer doing 16 weeks it is def uncharted territory for him so noone knows how his body will react.
If i was a rookie all over again i always wished i woulda extended my first one out longer now knowing how my body copes with gear...but thats hindsight using knowledge gained through my years of use...And everyone reacts differently so 16 maybe good for me and BAD for you mysvt.
mysvt, maybe try 8-10 weeks of sust and see what you think of the gains and the effects on your body and then decide based on your blood work and help you get from the board what to do next. You can always save the rest of the extra test and EQ for another cycle.
as for the sust flu, ive never got it but i do know some that have got flu like symptoms from test.
and about the blood work, you can just go to your family doctor and request it, just make sure when they fill out the form for the lab that they do the full panel of tests including testosterone and estrogen...

Very good points brutha, what works for us might not work for him. Its safer IMO not to tread in un-charted territories:)
