hey guys, Im getting more and more tired and lazy. any ideas? My fiance hates me like this but I cant help it. Im so lazy right now I dont even feel like injecting today. Im on Test 500mg (maybe a bit more) a week. Any ideas what this is? Im super lazy, I dont feel like going out at all and I feel depressed to shit.

I don't know but try to take 2 proviron daily and you'll get this sides:

- It will free more Test (less SHBG)

Truth be told, yea im not yet over the fear just yet. I mean, its the sticking part, I still have to draw with marker a circle so I know where im injecting as a guide line. I stuck the needle in fine after I got so pissed off because I was moving around with the pin in my left hand and it hit the wall behind me and i was like, oh great, I got to waste this and get a new needle. then i screamed bloody shit in the top of my lungs and just plunged the fucker in.. yeah it hurt a little but it was alright.

I'm 2 weeks on my cycle (500 Test E W 500 EQ W and 50 DBOL ED) with a clean diet (around 500g pro less than 300 in carbs and the rest in fats) ,some cardio and the bloat UNDER control with AI and some proviron.

I gained 18 lbs untill now from 176 LBS to 194 Lbs.

Yeah i know mainly in water but WTF!

I train 4 days per week, i do 3 days of cardio(in off days), i eat around 4k calories.

I'm STRONGER, i feel HUGE, my dick is HARD and my GF is happy! :D

Eat clean, train HARD, fuck ED(best cardio IMO)!

Hey Ford, well I cant cook so theres a major problem right there. My diet isn't the best, I take in alot of calories but cant stay away from the microwave and ice creams

Try breathing while you inject, the first couple times I didn't breath at all without realizing it, and I started to pass out and I did just after I got the needle out. :p Def. true. I breathe when I inject and I look at the pin every second its in. People say dont look at it, I like to look to see all 2cc of test go in lol. And proof its gone. I have to see the best part of injections is when you feel the plunger at the end and its all in and then comes the pull out, alcohol pad and rubbing.

LOL, yeah my fiance told me to fuck myself, she hates needles more than I do lol. Takes me 30 seconds to inject it all. And yaeh I wont wry about needles but the extra anger and agression helped on stabbing myself. I put the needle in me and it was fucking hard at first and I pushed in and it kept hurting but then it stopped hurting and the needle slid fine.

i am doing really well with my gains. i dont care about gaining a little fat, so , i eat, eat, eat. honestly, i have been making sure i'm getting 500g of protein and with all that protein comes everything else. i dont eat any junk, drink, or anything like that. i am up 28lbs or so and lovin it!

I don't get it.....In my diet thread it lists what I eat on an average day. Then there are those days where I am eating everything in sight. BAD....friends, and even total strangers out at restaurants (my Fri/Sat night routine) have looked at me like I had something wrong with me......

Should I be increasing my protein intake into the high 300's???? I figure Im from mid 2's to 300.

I feel pretty good....I haven't bloated at all.....not even a little....thankfully. I can only say what little weight I have gained is likely muscle. I have gotten compliments from people....even stangers, so I know my shape is changing. I guess I am just being impatient. I suppose if I gained even 1lb a week clean and was able to keep it would be a huge deal factoring an 11 week cycle. Im even considering stretching it slightly......gah......who knows.....LOL

I know how you feel and im stretching my cycle up to 15-16 weeks. I think its nto kicked in yet.. Strength is nice! My weight was up 13 lbs, but now 9lbs so it varies and its on a roller coaster right now. Like I said, I eat like shit, I dont cook, I hate to cook, I really dont like it so I rely on other sources

2g of protein per pound of body weight.(400g in your case) weigh yourself first thing in the morning everyday on the same scale.

man... thats why diet during a cycle is tough. i get 500-550g daily! i eat 6 meals a day and drink a shake(60g shake) with every meal. just in shakes i get 360g of protein. its hard but not that had.

i have a friend who lifts with me. he is all natural and would be considered a hard gainer. he uses cytosport gainer 54 and has made great progress with it. each shake (w/milk) has 72g of protein and 1150 calories.

God damn.. I mean, I knew someone who's diet sucked.. genetics are like mine.. he was 185 but his arms and body was a nice size.. arms were 19 and he was 5'10" tall. I guess everyone is truly different.

Im saying that its proof everyone's different in genetics. Ford's genetics do differ so his patience should either wait it out or try anothr diet approach if hes not liking the results. So far im cool with my results no problem here and I jut did the 5th injection. Oh and I also wanteds to reach 600 posts.

With my meal replacements and whey shakes I can't imagine hitting whatever Protein number you want. Thats why we have this stuff. It would be hard to eat that much food naturally to hit 400-600 grams.

SO far today up til the point I write this I should have hit around 300-ish....

EAS meal replacement - 60
6 chicken cutlets with rice - say 40???

Yeah....everyones genetics are pretty different, I guess I am only bringing this up because I am looking for a consistency in all our stats. Like I said....I weigh myself starved, after a shit and a piss....so it's accurate. Other people could be waking up and eating, drinking a couple drinks and weighing themselves with their bathrobes on......Fuck....that's not consistent. I can say I currently fluctuate 7-8lbs a day. Thats after eating....working out, working, sweating my ass off.....after meals....before meals.....

The only thing that makes it consistent is when and how it's done. Water alone will play with your weight....I guess Im just more concerned with what others are doing and how honest they are being with when and how they weigh themselves.....

Meal 1 65 gr pro 40 from eggwhites+ 25 gr pro from small ISO shake

Meal 2 (PWO shake) 50 gr pro from ISO shake

Meal 3 (1 hour later) 62,5 gr pro from chicken breast (250 gr)

Meal 4 87,5 gr pro 62,5 gr from chicken breast (250 gr)+25 gr pro from small ISO shake

Meal 5 87,5 gr pro 62,5 gr from chicken breast (250 gr)+25 gr pro from small ISO shake

Meal 6 87,5 gr pro 62,5 gr from fish (400 gr)+25 gr pro from small ISO shake

Meal 7 70 gr pro 20 from eggwhites+ 50 from ISO shake


Add simple carbs(oats,rice,apples, vitargo) in meal 1, 2 and 3.(less than 300 gr total)

Veggies and fats (olive oil) in meals 4,5,6.

Yellow egg and onagra on meal 7.

A load of multivitamins, b complex, vit c, sylimarin and some supps.

Sum around 4k calories.

Simple, easy to do (cook), HARD to eat every day.

There is no way that 10 eggwhites gives you 70 gr of pro...maybe you need 16 eggwhites for that.

Im making a point that the only way to get an accurate weight is in the morning, bareass, after a shit and a piss. Right now Im 196, bareass. BUT....I just downed a Why shake, 6 cutlets, some rice and a bunch of water.

Does that mean I weight 196....? Yup. But in 2 hours when Im starving again, ill be in the low 190's.....

there is no way you can float off 6lbs in 2 hours, it impossible. if i ran on the treadmill in a sauna for 2 hours while wearing a rubber suit, maybe then 6lbs, but thats ALL water.

I can tell just by reading through this thread that some of you guys aren't eating near enough food! Eat you bastards! And screw all the shakes, bars, and what not. Those are okay but you need whole foods. If you eat a meal that just happens to be mostly carbs, then throw in a shake. Buy those bags of Tyson chicken breasts and boil em up or cook em in marinara, Screw the whites/yolks thing and just blend a dozen eggs up with a few scoops of low fat ice cream or yogurt. This morning I ate 12 eggs scrambled with cheese, 4 slices of toast, a sliced baked potato, a diet yogurt, and an orange as I left the house. That was 140 grams of protein just in that 1/2 hour. Yes, your grocery bill will be rediculous but you have to eat to grow.

I think I eat more before 11AM than some of you eat all day! I don't count calories when gaining. Just meals. 6-8 meals a day. And when I say meal, I'm talking like the above (pair of steaks with rice and peas, etc.) To me, a meal is at least 40gms of protein (that's like 3 eggs and a cup of milk!)

AT LEAST A GALLON OF WATER EVERY DAY (no exceptions). Just buy cases of spring water by the gallon and every day, that gallon is your mission. More on workout days is easily possible. I can do half a gallon in a workout no problem whatsoever. Good foods will also boost your metabolism and you won't be lazy and weepy all day. EAT!!!

Damn that is alot OTH, and yeah thats true, that can be alot for some people.. or even people who live in places like California where the living is HELL and all money you make goes to the Rent and Car crap.

Yes, your grocery bill will be rediculous but you have to eat to grow.

I think I eat more before 11AM than some of you eat all day! I don't count calories when gaining. Just meals. 6-8 meals a day. And when I say meal, I'm talking like the above (pair of steaks with rice and peas, etc.) To me, a meal is at least 40gms of protein (that's like 3 eggs and a cup of milk!)

AT LEAST A GALLON OF WATER EVERY DAY (no exceptions). Just buy cases of spring water by the gallon and every day, that gallon is your mission. More on workout days is easily possible. I can do half a gallon in a workout no problem whatsoever. Good foods will also boost your metabolism and you won't be lazy and weepy all day. EAT!!!

I haven't started my first cycle yet, but damn...I will really have to learn to eat, eat, eat, eat, and eat some more.

I have no problems eating....I suppose I have to adjust what I intake. I don't think I could do 12 scrambled eggs though....SOme things I just can't eat an overabundance of......meat is about all I can keep eating....which is a good thing for me. I need to go get more steaks.

Week 4 - Weight +13lbs Total, chest increased 30lbs and triceps 20lbs per arm. Shoulders increased dramatically, legs are up 10lbs per leg, biceps increased 15lbs per arm.. back/lats increased 20-30lb

Haven't yet, in fact, I have kept all I gained even off of the GNC hardcore supplements. My dad as the same genetics and was 200lbs good physique and everything at age 25 eating like that and we are super close in genetics. At 5'9 which my dad was and is, thats not bad.. at 5'10 which I am, thats a nice goal to have. I know someone who has the same diet and is my height. If you want to see a pic of him let me know.. he's got Ace genetics and he's pretty much one of the most fit and large looking guys I've seen in person. His Forearms are massive

your not getting it, aas is not gnc shit. why cycle if you are not going to make the most out of it? i will bet you $100 that 2 week after your done with your cycle you will back to square one with all your strenght gains your boasting about. i also bet you get no where near 25lbs out of this cycle!

Exactly what I am nervous of.....

I had a shitty unambitious day at the gym today. My weight went up a hair, and if the weight didn't go up, my reps did, a little.......Still nothing to brag about though.

i am no aas or diet expert at all. all i can say is that; i eat a ton, i lift a ton, and i rest a ton. i am up 29.5lbs to date. my biggest achievement in the gym; my bench went from 335 to 380. i am dying to get to 400!

you may have good genetics, but these guys are right Martek. yourl cutting yourself short if u dont take in more food. those hungrymans and cup o noodles are good and all but they are loaded with sodium thatl bloat you up. just go buy meat in bulk and store in the freezer. also looks like your lacking fruits and greens. just my opinion.

not one steak maybe 2 or 3 depends the size of the steak. thats a pretty hefty number of cals in those hungryman tho. im just saying steaks would be a cleaner dinner thats all. i dont even use sauce on steak becuase of the sodium. i get a great taste off of the grill.

your comparing one steak to a whole tv dinner... now compare a 20oz steak, fresh vegatables, a potato, etc to your tv dinner. meal vs. meal, you are getting a ton of empy calories from processed food. plus, you are not coming near 400 grams of protein with your diet. i think your missing the point. both you and ford need to re-evaluate your diets if you want to meet your goals.

I go to superstore and I always put my meat on the conveyor first, within the first 10 seconds of scanning my bill is $100 :D Then I go home and break up my chicken and steak packs and put them in freezer bags, 2 or 3 in a bag and throw them all in the freezer and take a bag out each day, works great, couple chicken breasts and a steak with a few protein shakes and 400g of protein a day is easy.

Martek if you wanna get a good idea of what your percentages of protein fat and carbs you're getting and how many grams go check out www.fitday.com it's an awesome site for getting your meal plan in check. It's free and really easy, my only tip for making it easier is to make sure you enter the foods that you ate in the order that you ate them that day or else you'll get confused. Hey Martek...I'm like you (only smaller...ha), but I hate to fucking cook and hate walking around Wal-mart grocery shopping...I hate it!
This is going to be my major obsticle in big gains. I am listening to what blackson says and will try to remember it.

One of my biggest problems is I'm a single dad so I get up at 6am get me and my boy ready, eat a little, drop him off at daycare, go to work. I get off work, go pick my son up from daycare, get home around 6:15pm. By then I'm too fucking tired to make a big dinner. And..by the time I do dinner, hang out with him for a bit, give him his bath and get him to bed I workout for bit. Damn...I'm fucked :(

I used to despise shopping too but once you go a couple of times and get a routine going it's not so bad.

Grab some meat, get some dairy, get your bread and grains, some produce, then sauces peanut butter etc, it becomes easy, I still hate the produce section though so I make my girlfriend do that while I get the bread :D Then once your fridge is stocked with food for the week or two you end up eating healthier and saving money because you never have to eat out.

Martek, have you heard of George Foreman? He has a a little grill that you plug in and in about 2min. you are ready to cook your steaks or chicken, which ever you prefer. Sorry don't mean to be sarcastic. Seriously, I think that has been one of the best inventions, steaks will take about 5-10min. and chicken will take 10-12min. all you do is place them on the grill close the lid and wait. That's it! Steaks: marinate for at least 2hr. before cooking or 24hr. in worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and some red wine. Throw on foreman grill for about 8min. depending on how well you like your steak and your done. Chicken: marinate in orange juice for about 2-3hrs. same as above but cook for at least 10-12min. Same goes with fish. If you don't like shopping for fresh produce get some bags of frozen veggies, not the same as fresh but will get the job done. Sweet potato: peel them cut into cubes put into boiling water, turn temp down, when potato is soft enough to where a fork goes in drain them. Put a dab of butter, splash of milk, cinnamon and some honey and you are good to go. People make cooking harder than what it really is. I work 12hr. night shifts anywhere from 7-10 nights in a row and I still find time to workout and cook my meals for the night. Hope this helps and good luck.
