hey guys this is my very first post so bare with me. i'm currently wanting to get shredded to the bone for summer. my stats are as follows 5'10, 220lbs. i have been lifting for about 5 years.i would say that i'm around 18 to 20 percent bf right now due to that i haven't lifted for about 8 months.the reason being is that i relocated and recently i had my first child, so prettymuch i haven't had time to do anything. so now that everything has settled in i'm ready to start training hardcore again. i would appriciate your guys suggestions. thanks

First things first. 8 months is a good amount of time. You need to get all the basics back in check. Diet/lifting/cardio. You probably know this but this is what I'm doing before I do a cycle of Test E and Eq(plus PCT). I can't wait to just start but I am comming back from a layoff like yourself and want the best I can get from the cycle.

i agree with Tyrone, 8 months off is going to yield muscle loss, even if you have been eating right. but dont worry the sooner you start the sooner youll be back on track. phatman do a little research, i promise it isnt lethal, you might enjoy it and come back with what you think you want to do then we will help critique
