Hello to all, any help here will be appreciated. I just recently started taking sustenon/organon, never took a cycle before, been lifting about 2 years, good shape. my cheeks have gotten very puffy and fat, never like that before, anyone know what to do about getting rid of that? Is it water retention pills needed? or etc....?? please let me know, thank you all in advance.

water retention pills are pretty bad on your body they take minerals out of your body and promote muscle damage(the bad kind of muscle damage) i would suggest more cardio and maybe some arimidex.

letro and increase your cardio

looks like the letro is superior to the arimidex, should i take it while doing my sust. cycle?

Its called Moon Face. LOL
Your starting to bloat. Cut back on Sodium intake, Increase cardio, Drink
plenty of water.
If that doesnt work, then try arimidex at 0.25 a day.

NO water pills are not needed..you only need to use search function frequently.;)

Watch your BP.

BP and water retention are very related, water retention leads to high BP.

For this amount of test you can do this and say bye to water bloat:

1 - Use a good AI (Arimidex or Aromasil) at low to moderate dose.Start moderate and then cut the dose in half. The AI will stop the excesive aromatization and that leads to drop the excesive water retention.

2 - Eat clean diet.Cut junk food cause it use to have TOO MUCH sodium in it.

3 - Drink at LEAST 1 galon of water...coffe/tea and juices water don't count in this amount.More water you take less water the body retains.(to a certain extend...)

After doing this steps for a few days check your BP again, if BP has dropped you have solved your problem, if not you can think about some mild diuretic.

Just my 2 cents...

you should just embrace it and if people ask you, just tell them you are gathering nuts for winter... just be careful if you say that to Martek he might think its a pickup line and then try hitting on you ;)

Besides the ladies love chipmunks

It wasn't a joke, but this seems to always happen to me no matter what. I think its that my chest is just growing which is good. I was always poor in the chest dept.
