I am 5'10'', 180 pnds and around 12% body fat. I've been lifting hard for three years now. I want to put on about 10-15 pounds but look shredded up and hard like brad pitt in fight club. This is my third cycle and my first cutter. This is the cycle i have chosen, please critique.

Tren Hex 250mg/wk week 1-8
Test E 500mg/wk week 1-8
EQ 400mg/wk week 1-8
Winstrol tabs 30mg/day week 1-6
Clen 100-120mcg/day 2 days on/2days off week 1-8
Arimidex .25mg/day week 1-8
Nolvadex for PCT and on hand if needed

I'm not sure if i'm running the injectables too long or too short or what. Should i add ephedrine to the mix? if so how much

im sorry but if your 5'10 180 and have already done 2 cycles, your diet needs major work. and please dont mention Brad Pitt in a bodybuilding forum, its a discrace lol. i see that this is your first post, please write down your stats so we can get you on track

i agree with jstform, you prolly need to focus on your diet. It is everything!!! With that being said, start doing more cardio and you will lean out and look better anyways. If you want to look like brad pitt, hes not big anyways, so i dont know of you need juice for that. If you must go the juice route, try a tren, clen, winny combo or something. Dont forget your vitex!

yeah man i know the cycles were over a year ago so i've lost a about 25 pnds.

ok to the diet then, is this a good diet for someone my size(5'10" 180) looking to be a lean 200 in 5 months after two of the above cycles?

meal 1- 300 calorie protein shake, 50 grms protein 4 carbs
meal 2- lean 6 oz Chicken breast and a glass of milk
meal 3- same as meal 1
meal 4- 4 shrimp and 1 cup of grits
meal 5- post wrkout protein shake
meal 6- same as meal 1
