Well I've been pretty much a pathetic piece of lard for over a year now and I think I would have an actual chance to win this contest compared to how other guys on here probably look. Its kinda funny because I just placed an order TODAY! HOWEVER, I'm a little concerned by the fact that I could easily have my fat, NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE FRIEND, pose for a picture for me just to get the free goodies.

Maybe it should be a before/after type of deal instead, and maybe for a bigger prize? Just something to keep everyone honest.

In the spirit of competion I have decided to spend all of last week eating hotdogs and french fries. Last week Bf was 9% and today....
actually its been 2 years of working out six months, then taking six months off.

If I win I will match with my 200, I was going to spend anyway, and do a cutting cycle that I will post pics for.

starting at 270 lbs, 6ft, 23% bf but that may be innacurate, its on a bf scale (worthless)

I swear as fat as I am now, it has not been that long since ive been in great shape. Its only been a year and a half since I had a pack. I was an idiot and took a bulking cycle, without a post cycle and then quit working out.

I lost my camera phone last night getting drumk in detroit, and I dont have the driver for my girls camera. So, I cant post my other picture. I didn't have time to get a body fat test done, or find a device to do it. Whoever asked about body fat measuring you can buy them at some drug stores, brookstones, sharper image, they come in handheld; sending electric current through thumbs, or palms, and bathroom scales that you stand on barefoot. But I could have just made any number up... That said, I also think you should have a picture standing up, not sitting down, and not individual body parts, the whole thing... you can always microsoft paint your tattoos

besides all that tattered, you weigh 220 and body fat is at 29% or about 66 pounds of fat. I am 275, even with 25% body fat I still have closer to 69 pounds of fat. So really you can be fatter by body analysis, but due to the hieght, you really have less weight to lose in order to get to your target. all that aside, I amfor sure closer to at least 27 or 28 percent.
