I was reading this article over at bb.com.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drryan42.htm
and it got me wondering, do you really have to worry about mercury levels in fish, or is it bs?

the larger fish (ie tuna and salmon) have higher mercury levels... but its not as bad as people let on... eating some fish wont fuck you up... I promise, I just ate straight fish for fucking 2 weeks

the levels are so low in most processed saltwater fish it will not effect a human. you do have to watch out for some lake fish though, especially in the northeast.

I have a fish restaurant in Hong Kong and serve tonnes of fish a month...never had a problem, though the repeat customers sure do look funny with that extra limb they grow :-)

and a little heavy metal never hurt anybody :-)
