View Full Version : first cycle Sust250 750mg/anadrol 50mg too much?

I'm starting very soon and i'm looking to do 750mg of Sustanon a week for 8 weeks and 50mg of Anadrol for the first 3 weeks.

do you think this is too much?
my diet is great and so is my supplementation, what kind of gains will i be looking at?

I think that if you are going to run a test cycle, a single ester test would be more suitable for this cycle. (cyp or enth) But its your choice. If you are going to run the sust, I hope that you are ready to shoot it every. Thats the only way that you are going to get the full effect of the Sustanon, seeing that you have a blend of 4 esters in it, both short and long. I am sure that you already know that right!!. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO DO THIS CYCLE? CAN YOU LAY IT OUT FOR US SO WE CAN HELP YOU, "MEANING HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK, DOSSAGE, ECT...As far as running your anadrol, I am really not quite sure why you are running, it. I have my Ideas, but I would like to here that from you before I make my comment. I would also like to see some stats on you, along with your diet completely laid out for us so we can tweak it if needed. We are missing out on alot of info that you need to give us, so we can comment on this cycle brutha.

YOU WILL NOT SEE THE KIND OF GAINS THAT YOU WANT, UNLESS OFCOURSE YOU DIET IS IN CHECK. THAT DOES NOT MEAN "MY DIET IS TIGHT" OR MY DIET IS CLEAN" OR I EAT ALOT OF PROTIEN" I AM SURE YOU CAN TELL WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY.

not saying that you are one of them, but i always notice that first timers want to do sustanon because it has 4 different testosterones, "so it must be the best!" or you think your going to get 4 times the gains, its it is a very common misconception, and i hate that i see this as a selling point used by companies(not Alin). follow Micks rules and lay out everything he said but my 2 cents is: my first ever cycle was ONLY 500mg test enanthate, no orals or any other products other than a lot of food and awesome gains were retained. i think anadrol should be used only after you have taken dianabol before, since you know what gains are going to be similar of...just more dirastic. i would lengthen out your cycle too to 12 weeks.

The guys are absolutely right about this one.....There's no reason to do 750 of sus nor is there any reason to do anadrol....besides the diet being correct...you should all ready know what your diet is before even using the gear.....IMO sustanon is garbage it never levels you out...There's always that high /low no matter when you inject..can you tell I hate sustanon

I would more like you to do something like this:

Test e or c 500 e/w
Winstrol 30-50 e/d
No more than 10-12 weeks...Clomid 2 weeks after your last shot of test for 3-4 weeks...
Clean-up for 8 weeks and then repeat the same cycle maybe try something like d-bol instead of winny....
The basic cycle is always test,deca and d-bol..All you need is minimum doses for your 1 st cycle...MINIMUM DOSES...

bro the guyz are right there is no need for you to do 750mg of test for a 1st cycle just do 500mg diveded into 2 shots (250mg mon & 250mg thurs) no need for a-bombs either just do a test only cycle. and i am not a huge fan of sust i perfer cyp or enth they are single ester tests and its a lot easier to stablize your blood level that way

i'm going to be running 750mg a week monday/wed/fri. and 50mg of anadrol a day for the first bit. my buddy took anadrol 50's for 4 weeks and blew up pretty good. ok for some stats

Age:21
6'4"
270lbs
Max Bench: 405
Max Seated Shoulder Press: 275
Max Push Press: 295
Max Squat:??? I rep 315 for sets of 8
Max Deadlift: 435 i've never really done deads that much until recently
i'm really looking forward to strength increases
i try to keep the lifts pretty basic, my main goal is to play college football in a year, i was tiny coming out of highschool 5'7" 185! no joke! but i'd like to put on another 40lbs of lean mass by next fall. and was hoping this would get me headed in the right direction.

as for my diet
i'll take in anywhere from 6-8 meals a day
around 350g or protein
around 500g of carbs (should i be consuming more?)
i eat lots of tuna/chicken/steak...try to stay way from swine and fast food, but it might get snuck in once a week(haha fast food means fast gains)

supplementation as follows

Creatine Ethyl Ester
Glutamine
Fish Oil
Arginine
Centrum Multi-V
B-150 complex
Animal Pak complex
