Newbie Cycle Questions

Hi all.

I ordered the newbie cycle 2 (silver):

Week 1 to 10: 500mg of test weekly
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Clenbuterol for PCT


Should I start the Nolva from day one? or wait until wk 13? Should I add Equipoise to the Test?

I noticed that the "Gold" cycle includes Equipoise, but does not have Clenbuterol for PCT. What is the reason for that?
