After about 6 months of reading I'm going to order and as soon as I get my gear start my first cycle. I believe I'm ready. Been naturally lifting for 3 years, tweaking my diet, sleep, lifting times, reps and sets. I'm ready for gear.
My basic stats are:
age: 34
height: 6'3
weight: 247
BF: 16-17 %
I eat 5 meals a day..approx. 50 % carbs (lots of fruit, potatoes and bread), 30 % protein and 20 % fat.
I hit each muscle group twice a week. The first is heavy weight, 5-8 reps for usually 4 sets. After 3 days I'll hit it again with lighter weight, 7-9 reps, 3 sets with some drop-setting at the later sets towards the end of the workout. This routine has worked fairly well for me in the past.
I would like to add at least another 15 lbs of muscle while keeping fat gain to a minimum. I've ruled out Winstrol because of the sides ( Girls love my hair ) and I wish to keep my hair, I've heard Winstrol can be hard on hair. Anavar is expensive, Deca people keep writing about "Deca-dick." <---yikes! I'm thinking primobolan only, or perhaps stacked with Equipoise, but I've read about the effects of Equipoise on hunger, and perhaps that might be a problems when looking for lean mass gains?
Primobolan looks relatively safe for a beginner..appears easy on the hair..gyno seems to rarely be a problem..I'd like to get it injectable as opposed to oral so I imagine I'm gonna have to suck it up and be a man with the "needles" issue.
I'm thinking of starting the first week at 250 mg and within 3 weeks be at 400 mg..run cycle for 8-10 weeks with a tapering at the last 2 weeks and then some PCT.
Does this sound like it'll work OK for my lean mass gain goal, with safety in mind? Or should I tweak it?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
