Hi, I am interested in purchasing a cycle from you and I need help deciding which one to purchase. Here is my situation, I am 41 yrs old 6'1" and I am overweight. I am not new to the gym, I what people used to call a gym rat...USED to. I have not been to the gym in two years, ever since an accident and I have gained way too much weight.
I was considering the supermasscut cycle as my goal is to lose as much fat as possible but also put some muscle mass back on. If you have something better for me please suggest....or maybe you could put something together?

others will beable to help you out a lot more than me because ive never done a cutting cycle but from what i understand, a lot of those products are to help you loose those last few pounds to be shredded for competition, and to gain muscle hardness and vascularity. not all of them, but most. this is why i think they will be useless in your case. i would suggest a eca, clenbuterol, yohimbine(sp) HCL stack, and of course a good diet plan. that and some cadio i think will do everything you want it to, once your down to your target weight then i would throw in some gear to gain quality muscle, but depending on how much fat youve gained i think your main focus should be getting it off

Well, I have gained about 60 lbs, most coming in the first few months after the accident from meds they prescribed me to heal my ruptured intestines...I have lost some of that but I dont want to lose any muscle by just doing cardio, thats why I was looking to take something to help with both. I have strongly considered clenbuterol and that looks like what I will do. Isnt there something to take with clen that really helps the effects? Plus, I think your super mass cycle has clen in it. Thanks for your advise by the way, I am very new to buying gear and I am glad there are forums like this to help us newbies. I got an email from a company, I guess I cannot say who, but they offered super pricing, 100% delivery..yadda yadda yadda. I googled them and found tons of bad news, in fact that is how I found you guys....Thanks and if anyone reads this and has advise for a newbie in helping me lose this weight...I would appreciate it.

This is not to come off like an ass but it is the truth... You have no business in touching gear for the time being, none whatsoever. Your best plan of action would to get into a rhythm of consistent training and stick to a good clean diet. From the tone of your post you seem to believe that gear is some sort of magic potion, and that it will be a quick fix to your problems...this is not what gear is for. I'm not telling you that a cycle could not be in your future, when the time is right that's fine, but that time is not now.

supplement clenbuterol with yohimbine HCL, its an OTC supplement you can find in a lot of health stores. it helps your receptors, which will get downregulated from usage of clen.

I know there is no magic potion and I certainly dont think gear is the only answer to my problem, in fact its taken a great amount of consideration on my part to even consider it, and I dont think your coming off like an ass as you say, I really appreciate your direct comments on this matter. I know its going to take a ton of dedication and hard work on my part, especially in my diet and I am willing to make those sacrifices..100%. Weight loss is my primary objective and anything that will assist in my efforts is what I am looking for. I worked hard for years to get where I was, and I am willing to take the same steps. So you are suggesting I take nothing, not even some type of fat stripping substance right now?

Thanks for the advise jstforme, I will consider combining the two if I decide to go this route.

OK here is what I have come up with for me..please be blount if you want to, any good advice is appreciated regardless how its relayed. Starting with a clean, high protien low fat diet combined with a hour of cardio five times a week and some type of high rep low weight workout plan for at least 90 days, would a clen/cytomel/ketotifen stack help me? two weeks on two weeks off and during the off peoriod I can substitute yohimbine hcl inplace of the clen? Or would ephedrine do better? I have been researching this for at least two weeks, daily and this it the best I could come up with...please let me know your thoughts before I purchase this.

Thanks

tracy just remember to ease into it, i know your dedicated but i dont want you to get too stressed or burt out, cus ive been there. im not familiar with ketotifen so i cant comment about that but yes clen/T3 will work (i just got mine today :) ) so ill let you know how its going but im not going to use the T3 untill im ready, probably about a month or two, but i started clen today. you can use either yohimbine or ephed. on off weeks, im sure they will both help.

I'm still against you taking the T-3, not a good choice at this time. Since you’re dieting, the goal is to lose as much fat as you can, and to maintain as much muscle as possible... some muscle loss is inevitable, but there is no reason to make it worse. T-3 run by itself without an AAS cycle will be detrimental to your overall long term goals. Run alone it will cause you to lose a considerable amount of muscle tissue as well...save T-3 use for when you're cycling AAS.

As for the rest of the stuff, if you choose to run clen, I'd recommend it in two wk intervals and during the off wks use an ECA. As far as dosage of clen, start out 20-40mcg ed and ramp up as needed, you shouldn't go over 120mcg ed.

Last off, keeping your protein high is a good thing, but I wouldn't recommend that you lower fats to drastically. Try replacing some of the calories from your carb sources with healthy fats, i.e. fish oils, olive oil, and maybe some nuts like cashews or almonds.

Tracy, since you are new to the game I think it would be best for you to just diet rather than take some type of gear because while the others are trying to help you by recommending this or that you should just diet first because only you know your situation, how big or small you really are. Perhaps you can try this, it was advised to me: fish(any kind) ,vegtables(any kind),water. I started this diet about a month ago along with a rigerous ab workout every other day and the results are "Sweet" and it didnt take a whole cocktail of gear to do it. I'm not saying that the gear wont help you or that the advise you were given was wrong I just believe that you can achive your goal without it, but you do as you wish.

Ok, I am glad I found this forum, seems I am learning a lot from you guys although I dont know what an ASS cycle. I did not know that cytomel or T3 breaksdown the muscle tissue, all that I have researched has told me that if I am to take clen, cytomel should be taken with it to assist in the weight loss.

Ketotifen is another substance I have come across in researching clen.its a anti-histamine used to treat bronchial asthma but body builders like it as it has been shown to inhibit the down regulation of the beta receptors, including the beta 2's that clen stimulates. They say as long as you are taking it, it will continue to clean these receptors, never allowing them to down regulate even when on a heavy clen cycle. It reads that this means you can take clen indefinately witout having to cycle off to regulate the receptors. It also reads that you dont need as much clen to get the same benefits, it seems you can take 30-40% less clen to get the same benefits.

This is a Medicine you need a prescription for, its not classified as gear. Side effects include drowsiness and increased appitite if taken in large doses.

I trust you guys so if you think I should only take clen and not T-3 to lose weight then I wont buy the T-3. Is there anything else I could do to assit my efforts than just clen, if so please let me know. And, when should I use the T-3 with clen.

Thanks.

AAS: anabolic androgenic steriod. yes cytomel can be catabolic, especially when used as a cutter. thyriod is the metabolic regulator of the body and when taking T3 your metabolism is extermely high, burning fat and muscle, you need to be taking a steroid to help preserve that muscle. T3 can be very dangerous. clen is a much safer way to go IMO.
