A lot of people are. He has the more advanced gear (Mast, Tren, etc) in stock for STEALTH but no simple gear like eq or deca. Im sure the lab will get more to him ASAP


As for winny, I cant say....he was supposed to get more Chineese Winny (Xianju) a while ago but I never saw it on the menu
