Just transferred my 15 mL of stealth test e (thanks Alin for adding it free of charge) into a sterile 20 mL vial. I used SwoleAssTxKid's method and cut a small corner off and poured the contents into the syringe. I did notice, having never opened stealth before, that alot of the oil dripped down the satchet before it entered the syringe. I didn't wipe the satchet down with an alcohol pad before I began transferring the contents. I shouldn't have a sterility problem on my hands? Should I? I did wipe the top of the vial before I inserted the needle, and was careful in all other aspects.

well, IMO....
You should have wiped the satchet before you transfered. Keep in mind I have not used stealth before (but have 60 ml of both test e and eq tucked away for my next cycle:D :D ). However I have read plenty of threads that say to do it, and I am going to do it too. Here is my plan.
alcohol swab the sissors, 100% dissinfect the desk top I will be working on, wash and disinfect my hands, wipe the satchets, wipe the viles, and make sure the area is over all clean. I have read about gloves and surgical masks too but I think thats over kill.
So, if you had a clean area (see above) and you were clean before you started then chances are you will be ok. ("chances" is a key word in the last sentence). But if you just opened the satchets, didnt disinfect the sissors, scrathed your balls, took a leak, reminded yourself you need to clean the place up, then transfered the oil then you may have a problem.
only you know how clean everything else was when you transfered. I say "when in doubt throw it out" and if it was a freebie you probably didnt plan on it in your cycle anyway.
"my two cents"
later..

In all the excitement sometimes you forget to wipe everything with alcohol. Chances are you'll be fine.

sounds like you should be fine, but next time just get a 18 g syrigne and stick it in the side of the packet once you wipe it with a swab. It is easier then it sounds.. when its in just pull back.. i get every drip out and it takes no time!
