I've been researching AAS for about 6 months now and still don't feel confortable with the amount of information that I've learned. I'm hoping that someone might be able to suggest a good book that goes into detail on both dieting before, during and after a cycle and also more indept information on AAS.

I'm 5' 9'' weight about 210 and a rough guess on bf is around 25%, Which I know I need to lower before starting a cycle.

I've seen several books posted both here and on other boards and there's over 100 listed on bn.com, but before I spend my money I wanted to ask the experts for their advise.

i dont know where your looking but i know for a fact there is a wealth of information on this here internet, what is a book going to offer that isnt free on here? ive seen numerous in depth cycles, diets, work outs. im sure hooker is going to reccomend his book, i havent read it but i dont know what is in there that isnt on the internet. you dont neccesarily have to lower your bf in order to get on a cycle, fat will help a lot with your strength especially if you are thinking about doing a bulking cycle.

Mick is right and that link he gave you is one hell of a good site. It has some of the best gear profiles I know of. Just delete everything after the.com.
