Letro or A-dex

Will letro hinder gains made on cycle. What about adex. The thing is, i have apretty bad pre-existing gyno from puberty. I heard letro will take care of it in no time, but will slow or even reduce possible gains. Will arimidex help with exisiting gyno. What is yalls preference of the two?
