Would the woman's super fat loss cycle work on men. If so what adverse affects would it have? If not what would be equal to that in a mens cycle??

Lay out the cycle brutha, with the cycles that you did in the past in detail. Along with you age, years of training, weight, bodyfat, height,ect,

I am 25, 6'3", 270lbs. I have a hard time breaking through that fat barrier no matter how I eat or train. I have probably 20%+/- a few. I have been training for 8 years I usta be in great shape but backed off for a while and put on a few pounds and cant break through. Truthfully I have never cycled before. The cycle I was looking at was on the alinshop sight and it consist of (60) T3 50mcg Tablets
(100) Spiropent 20mcg Clenbuterol Tablets
Its called the womans super fat loss cycle.
The other cycle I was looking at was:
[COLOR=DarkRed]Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex
Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ
Week 1 to 10: 500mg TEST
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid
2 x NOLVADEX 10mg, 100 tabs by Hexal Germany
2 x EQUIPOISE 200mg/ml, 10ml vial by British Dragon
22 x TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE IRAN 333mg/ml
3 x CLOMID 50mg, 10tabs ************
What is my best option for loosing fat and then building muscle.

I know that you probably do not want to hear this, but if you have fat to loose you should pin down you diet first. T-3 and clen will help out pretty well if done correctly, but you must follow the protocal to the (T) to get the results you are looking for.

Try this out brutha,
How Much Fat Do You Want To Lose?
Use this formula to figure out how many pounds you need to lose to reach your desired bodyfat percentage.
1. Current body weight X current body fat % = fat weight
2. Current body weight - fat weight = LBM
3. LBM / desired % of bodyfat = goal weight.
4. Current body weight - goal weight = pounds to lose.
Example:
You weigh 140 lbs and have 12% BF and you want to get down to 7% BF. You want your weight to consist of 7% BF and 93% LBM:
1. 140 X .12 = 16.8 fat weight
2. 140 - 16.8 = 123.2 LBM
3. 123.2 / .93 = 132.5 LBS
4. 140 - 132.5 = 7.5 LBS

If you were going to use that over a one-month span, you would be taking a shitload of T3 compared to clen. For a man, the dose ofclen is going to be quite low. Yes it will work, but expect to lose muscle along with the fat

I think the clen helps to keep the T3 from catabolizing muscle. You have to remember that it is still calories in vs. calories out in loosing wieght. What kind of calories and work out will still dictate what the results will be for the most part. You can take T3 and clen, have a crapy diet, drink all the time, and put on more fat. It goes back to the basics. I have lost a lot of fat and put on nice muscle with the combination of the two along with anavar. It was great. I am now takin clen and T3 along with a lil bit of reduced calorie diet(clean) before I go on the cycle you posted on doing next(Newbie Gold I Think) cause I want to eat a ton then(still clean). It sounds like we are trying to do similar things here. It has only been about 5 days and it looks like I have lost about 4-5 lbs. This is just a basic cardio one day and lifting the next. It feels frickin great.

Ok, it was my understanding that taking t-3 and clen WILL catabolize mucscle if you are taking it to lose weight, I am getting conflicting stories. I also need to lose fat, probably more than you two and I was going to get clen and cytomel (t3) to assist me in my quest, along with a high protien low fat diet. Of course I have a workout plan of daily cardio and a high rep low weight lifiting plan. Should I or should I not use T3 with clen? will it catabolize muscle if I do? If it does should I take some type of test to prevent it?

you should only use T3 during a cycle or you will risk losing muscle too. Cycling clen with T3 will not stop you from losing muscle too. Like Mick said, I would pin down the diet first. Stick to plain fish, chicken, vegtables and drink only water. Watch you bf drop like a mad man. Stay away from alcohol, sweets and especially the soda pops. ;)

If you do decide to use them, keep with low reps/high weights otherwise you wil lose strength

i guess i have been gone between this new job i got and my college. but did i see mickeymbbc in here when did he come back? i have never really seen any of his posts. but i remember a thread awhile back by tyrone about him being a important person to this board before he left. well its great to see that hes back! and already he just posted some great info i am going to cut an copy his fourmula into my documents. thats some good shit mick and i hope to see more of ya, and looking foward to reading more of your posts!
