2 days ago i did my first injection. 250mg of sustanon in my glute.

it is sore, a bit numb an kinda stiff now. when will this go?

more importantly, how long does it take this amount of sustanon to take effect coz i am feelin no effect to date.

Dude, No offense but I hope you posted this as a joke. If you can not answer these questions you should not be injecting this chemical into your body. Please do more research before you do your second injection. Just to help you along though, sustanon is a combination of four different testosterone esters. Each with a different half life. It is a very effective AAS, but very difficult for the novice to come off of. Because it is difficult to time the different esters in regards to PCT.

it takes me anywhere from 3-4 weeks to notice long estered tests, but when they do kick in it's worth the wait. hard to say about the glute pain but it's part of it if you wanna be juicin. man the term no pain no gain applies to all sorts of shit lol the pain should go away within the week though.

you really should try and research more before you go injecting stuff into your body. www.steroidsprofiles.com has a lot of good info. also what cycle are your running? and make sure you're taking in enough calories or you won't notice anything from any kind of cycle.

its just there is a lack of quality websites with many of them sayin exactly the same thing.

ive found forums are the most useful.

i know that sustanon is a mix and they have different half lifes, what i was really tryin 2 say was when do other people feel an effect.

this is my second ever cycle, im on 30 mg dbol a day and 250 mg sust a week for five weeks.

my very 1st cycle was 20 mg anabol monday to friday for five weeks.

ive kept my cycles short at the moment but after this im thinkin of movin up to an 8 week cycle

any recommendations for my 3rd cycle?

Research, research , research. And ask anything you do not know. Especialy before you start an cycle. Takes some three weeks for it to kick in , the pain will eventualy receide after the second third shot, if you are not develop an infection , of course.

id say test e or test c . since u new to this, as to keep it simple/.. but u got sust so it to late i guess unless u would get sum asap.. now 5 weeks isnt long nuff itas gonna sapress u eatehr way i wouldent go less then 8 weeks thou id say go for 12 weeks. and yes the esters are diff but u should try to keep levels steady and with sus thats vary hard.. id say for u to do a shot EVERY 2-3 days to help but not just 1 a week.. 4-6 week dbol and sus for 10 weeks with a shot every 3 days i think would go much much better .. dont bother with short burst cycles u wont see al that much out of it and the sides would be about the same .. and make sher u got your pct in check"nolva or clo" as for how long will u see any effect? probibly 3 weeks before u see anything maybe 2 if er lucky /.. but say its 3 weeks and u gain good for 2 -3 weeks otu of that ....well im sher u see it not gona be that much u gonna get otu of that just do it right go for 10 weeks or ATVARY LEAST 8 weeks but i still say 12 but thats just me ... 1 thing thow im happy u got the ballz to even cross the line n shoot it cuzz the pills are not good im happy u not hear saying u only want to use orals ... any way best of luck ..

cheers for your help porkchop. i know 5 week cycles seem pointless, i realise that now. i only tried it to see if i could get away with short cycles. but it seems daft now coz as soon as the sust kicks in, my cycle will basically be over. but ive already bought it now so i will do a 10 or 8 week cycle next time.

yee im not 2 fond of injections but ma 1st cycle was just anabol n not 2 impressive so gotta b done.

with the test e, should i do 250 twice a week? coz im jus gna go 4 it n do the cycle u said coz it seems like a gd 1.

so any gd sites 2 get dbol n test e from? coz dbol is bit pricey 4 what it is.

i take 250mg X 2 shots of test e a week , somthing like thurs n sunday . "prob making it less spiky of an rise of test in blood" but its not a bigg issue to do it in 1 shot but i rather not myself..

ummmmmm yea dude youdef. have some researching to do but im not gonna be a dick and say this and that. But you should be running the sust for about 10weeks. Its good that your using the dbol in the beginning for 5 weeks but you should def be running sust for 10weeks cause around week 3 or 4 depending on your body is when it kicks in so your basiccally getting on a weeks worth while its kicked in.
