please help with pct question for deca

can you guys please tell me what is the best pct for deca, or during cycle in case of gyno?

and if any treatment is necesary for gyno during deca cycle how is it taken and do you stopit and start pct, im confused with this.Please help

This was my answer to the same question a few days ago.
I can explain the confusion but it may still leave you wondering what to do. As far as Nolva causing gyno when used with deca, never heard of it. Not saying it may not be true but I'd like to see the studies. The reason for suggesting bromo or caber is that deca is a nandrolone so it doesn't convert to DHT or aromatise to estrogen. Sounds great, right? Unfortunately its a progestin, so it stimulates both the progesterone receptors and progesterone production. So theoretically any gyno related issues from deca are not going to be stopped by an AI, since there is no aromatization to inhibit or by SERMS (Nolva, Clomid) since they are selective (the S in SERM) in blocking the estrogen receptors, not the progesterone receptors. Aromisin was made to stop the production of prolactin in pregnant women as it would cause the mammary gland to enlarge by inhibiting release of breast milk. It also has the side of somewhat blocking the progesterone receptor. That's why some, mostly older, users recommend it for PCT with deca. But you're going to be running test with deca to offset the sides from deca's testosterone lowering side effect, so you need an AI or SERM to counter the aromatization of test to estrogen. So that leaves the question, "What the hell do I do?". I haven't tried it yet, but next deca cycle I run I'm going to try low dose of bromocriptine while on (I'm prone to progesterone related gyno) and aromasin and nolva for PCT. Why? aromasin being a type I AI won't compete with Nolva for the receptor site, and has the additional benefit, like femera, of raising natural test production.

I would use dostinex at 0.25-0.5mg e4d during the cycle. Start taking it a week before the cycle starts. This will inhibit all the prolactin related sides from deca. If you are using an aromatizable AAS then use the aromasin during the cycle and end it when you start PCT. I would also add HCG at 500-1000IU e7d during the cycle. STD PCT of clomid and nolvadex. Any search on here will net the std doses for PCT.
