Do you guys break up your dosage throughout the day like d-bol? Or take it all at once? I read it only has an active life of 8hrs.

Once a day 30 minutes before workout for me. I have never noticed a difference by splitting it up but it sure gives me a better pump in the gym this way.

Same way for me too. Half hour 45 min before traing. 50mg and the pump is great

mayself i split ,i think my reason for doing this was because i read somewhere(maybe he) about a short half life therefore it was better to max from the tab by spliting it.
best not to quote me on that though (i w<ill check it out)
