new at the anabolics game and i started a cycle of winstrol. taking the tabs. i am taking 20 mg a day. people have told me that is enough. can anyone tell me if i should up my dosage at all. i am 5-11 225 i have real good mass but cannot get cut like i want. eating 6 really well planned meals a day and lifting hard. how long to start seeing gains on it. this will be my ninth day and i can tell my strength is increasing. what is a good length for a cycle. 6 or 8 weeks

thats a low dose in my opinion. Thats one of the problems with winny orals, I would recomend the injects.

should i up it 10 or 20 mgs or more a day. what is the best timing to spread it out during a day what would be about the best length of the cycle. i was planning on eight weeks

I take 40mg per day, 20am and 20pm it seems to work good for me. Im 5'9 180lbs. Im taking mine at the end of my cycle though. only for 3 weeks. you may want to increase your dosage and see if you get any results. I use bd orals.

The only way that you are going to see any gains is if your eating regima is in tact, when you get a chance lay it out for me. You are a big fella, not only is 20mg not suffice for you, its not even considerd a cycle. How many cycles do you have under your belt? lay them out for me, it looks like you do not have much exp with gear. I can only help you, if you help me.

winny can be hard on the liver make sure you are take milk thistle or liv-52 drink plenty of water prolly wouldnt run winny orals more than 6-8wks and as mick said if your diet is not right on key you wont get shit outta this cycle why not add some prop to the cycle or some kinda test
