Been off for about 2 years, age 37, height 5'10", weight 167. Just been busy with other things. Getting back into it now. I have done about 4-5 cycles in the past through the years.
Does it work best to eat clean for all of you on a bulk cycle or not?
Ideas?

I never have trouble putting it on so I always eat pretty clean. At your ht and wt I'm guessing you're a bit of a hard gainer so you could probably be a little looser with where your cals come from, but still keep it a little clean. Total cals are prob more important for you. Also run the test two weeks longer than the deca to counter it's natural test lowering side. Other than that seems like you've got a good plan.

Ok 12 weeks on the test Ranger. Eat every 2-3 hrs. a balance of Carbs, Protien.
Drink plenty of water, get plenty of sleep. I have N-Large for a MRP protien shake.
Anything else?:D

That looks great. A little guy (167) should blow up on 500 deca a week. Nice. Eat well. Sleep well. Grow well.

If you have done 4-5 cycles at 5'10 and you are only at 167 then you are definately not eating correctly or something is not right.
Post up your diet and workout routine so that you can be helped more. It's probably safe at your age to do another cycle just fine, but you should be getting more out of your cycles.
You should always eat clean no matter what you are doing. You should be eating plenty of complex carbs and protein through your bulking diet.

That just goes to show how much this is a steroid forum and that most people on here don't understand the concept of building a natural base.

Testament, I have to tell you I take a little offense. Most of the guys who have been here a while always say exactly what you said about building a natty base. Even though (or because) I have plenty of experience, I'm going natty for a while after losing 42 lbs in only three weeks in hospital. From what he said it sounded like he was saying he has been off aas for 2 years but continued lid fting. If that is the case I stand by my recommendations. I do agree with you that too many people think it's a magic pill, but there is no substitute for hard work, well planned diet, and alot of knowledge.

I appologize if you felt like my words were directed at your advice as they were not. I'm just standing what I believe and what I have seen in training others naturally who gain by dedication and hard work twice as much as the majority of the guys on these forums who do gear. I'm not questioning your advice on his cycle as you are more experianced in that and closer to his age than I.
Once again, my post was a slight vent to all of the things I have been posting seeing guys that have taken a great deal of gear and have nothing to show for it because their knowledge, training, experiance, and dedication are not up to par.
It is hard to see posts by people who have supposedly been training longer and harder than me, taken 2+ cycles and are still smaller than I am. I am still all natural, and in my eyes, at 21 I am still too young to ever think about touching the gear.

If you are 21 and have never touched gear, then why post up criticizing others decisions? Of course you may be correct, but I am sure that the man, at 37yrs old, doesnt need any more critics...especially ones that have no experience at what he is trying to accomplish. Your hormonal milieu and his (mine and jtat's included) are much different. Sooner or later the medical community will realize the benefits of TRT (along with proper AI) that gets the 30+ man to test levels in the high normal range. Test levels of 1000 and estrogen levels below 30 are ideal for anybody over 30 and who are low to begin with. We are all here to learn more about AAS and proper training, diet, etc...not for the mommy and daddy lectures. So contribute to the forum in a mature and effective manner and you will be respected.

I understand where you're coming from, as any of the guys here that know me have seen me go on rants from time to time. But if you're looking at a thread under "cycles' or "aas" then what do you expect to read?

TESTAMENT, I didnt post my cycle profile for you to pick it apart, You tell me I should have more weight and mass added from my previous cycles but you have no idea of any other past history. If you say your natural at 21 and have not used how the hell do you know other than by going by what you read or what someone has told you. I was rock hard @210 about 11 years ago and got in an accident. I lost alot of mass and am getting back into the scene since I am 100%. And I will get back up there. DO NOT proceed to carry on w/me about your thoughts of what you think when you have such little information to go on.
