Has anyone ever noticed that after you use hcg....that you have a problem sleeping.....I've been having a hell of a problem sleeping probably the last year. And last night I was looking back through my training journal and the problem seems to be cropping up when I use hcg.....The problem seems to just be for a few days at a time. I use otc sleep aids but after a short while they don't work or I have to take double the dosage (not a good idea i know) but damn i have to sleep, or at least i would like to sleep for more than 4 hours at a stretch.........any input from anyone with a similar probem.

i really dont think this is coming from HCG, might be a coincidince that it happens when your taking it but i have never read or heard or experienced anyhting like that while taking hcg. and the fact that you already take sleep aids tells me its something else. by the way where are you at in nc?

I used ambien for a short while, it works great! but can be addictive. I had to start breaking them in half, then quarters. now im back on schedule sleeping. YOU WILL fall asleep fast after taking a pill, be sure your in bed..no joke. or you can try lunesta for long term. Lunesta is supposed to be for long term use. when you take ambien, if your spouse wakes you up, i guess you talk crazy stuff. good for confessions from the wife...lol.. you wont remember a thing.

ymca, i dont care what people say about world gym, peak and golds opposed to the Y, i have everything i need, hell the Y that is not even a mile a way from my house is the largest in charlotte and continuing to expand, it seems like every 6 months we have new machines or more free weights. when doing cardio i would much rather play basketball or run on an indoor track than anything else, i dont see much of that in other gyms ive been to.

good ole furniture biz. for me............Just wondering..........what reasone did you have to use the Ambien.......Well I mean I know it wuz for lack of sleep.....but do you think it was caused by the gear you were using......cuz I don't have any problems during the off time......just when I am on......or just coming off........like I stated before when I use the hcg......its the damdest thing.....and I have used hcg for years previous and no problems. Mayge as I get into my mid 40's I need less sleep.......I started using hcg cuz the nolv. I could get was from Mexico and was very suspect to me.....as were all the pills

my guess it was the gear. when im off my cycle i sleep fine, only after a few weeks on my cycle does sleeping become a probem. maybe due to so much energy. ambien is not for long term, but worked for me short term.

oh ya, forgot to mention.... The good thing with ambien vs. otc drugs is that you wake up 8hrs later fully rested and ready to go. otc's still make me drowsy in the morning, i dont feel as rested.
