Yes. Alcohol swabs are a waste of time. It takes over 1 minute for the alcohol to START killing any bacteria.

If your skin is clean (like after a shower), just inject away.
If you are worried, Methylated Spirits from any supermarket with a tissue is plenty. But it's all psychological.

I use madacide wipes on my stopper tops. They kill every bacteria, virus and fungi, and are available at any medical supply. Around $10 for a container that'll get you through numerous cycles. (I use em at work)
