I was considering using E-Gold to make transactions easier. However, someone from my message board advised against it. He said the feds are all over E-Gold, and they are planning on shutting it down soon. Has anyone heard anything about this? Does anyone here use E-Gold? Would anyone advise against using the service?

it sounds simple, but its very complex and hard to understand, wish it was more like paypal, it will probably be a lot easier to just go WU.

Yeah I had problems with it too until I finally gave up and used WU. It is really easy. No complaints here.

I used E-GOLD. pain in the butt. they charge more than wu and they didnt give me the correct currency to pay for my stuff (enough money). it said I would have $350.00 cash to spend but only gave me $342.00 and said o'well guess you have to pay again. thats a bunch of crap. pay wu and you wont have any problems with your money.
