Went and got my blood pressure checked today and I pulled a 138/98. Of course I am on Deca & Sust at the time. Does anyone have any feedback as to what they run when they are on? I am 35 and was just looking to see if it was normal to have it this high when on stuff.

Its completely normal brutha, some are worse thn others. Thar is why its very importan to control it while on cycles. IF I WERE YOU, IN WOULD KEEP A TIGHT WATCH ON YOUR BP. THERE ARE MANY GOOD SUPPLEMENTS OUT THERE TO HELP KEEP IT DOWN. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS WHEN WE START GETTING INTO STUFF LIKE EQ, DROL, ECT.. ITS CAN GET PRETTY BAD SOMETIMES.

yea eq willabsolutely raise your b/p and drol is one of the worse ones for that...It's alot from the water weigth you get from it...
I take norvasx 15mg's because I have naturally elevated b/p....I'm 47 so i have to be carefull of the b/p because a lot of my aunt's and uncle's dropped from heart failure...Serious shit....
I doesn't hurt to check it once a week just to make sure....Some do diuretics but I'm to old to play that game..

Mick, BigO, What supplements are out there that can help assuming that when you say supplements you mean OTC?
Here are some OTC I found:
Calcium & Magnesium
Vitamin C
Coenzyme Q10
Flaxseed and Fish Oils
Hawthorn
Taurine
Garlic
Any you recommend?

In addition, I am sure you already know this, but alot of people over look the sodium that they take in. If you keep a tight watch on that, I bet that you BP will stay down a bit better too.

I've been trying, but margaritas are my sore spot... hehe... Anyway, I picked up a couple of supplements like you said:
Bayer Back & Body Pain (which I used to use on a regular basis)
L-Arginine & L-Ornithine Mix 500/250 from Twinlab
A product line called Kyolic Healthy Heart which has the following:
Vitamin E 200IU
Aged Garlic Extract 600mg
Hawthorn Berry 100mg
Cayenne Pepper 20mg
Does alcohol have a strong input on blood pressure?
Also, along with above I take 2 Centrum Performance a day and Milk Thistle as an every day supplement.

I have had extremely high BP on AAS, I was recently on a cutting cycle with oral winstrol (probly one of the many reasons not to do oral), and my BP was up to 169/112 in the middle of the cycle. I quit drinking on weekends, went super clean with my diet, cut all extra salts, and added hawthorn berry to my other supplements (which I also stopped taking). Still high, but down in the safer area of 150/96. I talked with a doctor about it, she said that anger has a lot to do with blood pressure, so if you get on gear and tend to get annoyed more easily, that will be a big factor in your rising BP.

Using Arimidex helps my BP by reducing water retention/bloat.
