I have always used some type of test. never ne thing else. I dont have a six pack but i am pretty defined. actually not really more stocky 205lbs. Can anyone suggest something i should use with test prop. supertest 450. with or after words..thanks

I had some what of the same question, and the answer was "DIET". Static one of the senior members suggested that I go on a strict fish,vegtableand water diet then have a cheat meal on the weekend. I've been on it for 2wks now and all I can say is "NICE!!!!" diet bro, gear is not a problem solver. Diet, diet, diet, then once youve slimmed down in the midsection(ab workouts a must) start your cutter, who know you might not need to cut after. I could be wrong.

You are correct... I'm glad that diet is working for you. I bet when you wake up in the morning, everything feels tighter. :)

I gotta get my crap together and try that diet. Man cheat meal on the weekend is going to be a bowl of sugar :D

Static, I can wash clothes on the upper four abs, still alittle slow going with the bottom, but patience, must have patience and keep eating the fish. By the way I season the fish with fresh grated garlic, alittle adobo(goya),fresh seasoning and alittle bit of lemon then I stick it into the oven in the broiler 15-20 minutes later "YUM" :) Thanks man

If you want faster results, throw in some cardio. You dont have to do too much though. When I really want to cut up, I use clen (2 weeks on 2 weeks off)and cardio for 20min a day when on that diet.

My avatar is when I am not trying to cut up. This summer I will really cut up and maybe post some pictures.
