Not sure what the problem is, but I have 5 threads in 4 days and no one is answering a single question. I know your busy but this is certainly cant be the norm. I have asked the Mods for feedback and nothing. Its to much greenbacks to walk away from or I would do just that !!!
Where Do I send the customs letter...
This is not the customer service that everyone raves about!!!!

I have been posting in the Customer board and nothing. I go to General Discussion and Yea... I received my customs seizure letter and now i just need to know where and how to send it to Alinshop.

You are posting in the customer section which has to be approved by the staff to be posted...
You and many others have not gotten responses to emails because of the business schedule that Alin must keep... once in a while you will just have a delayed response.
If you have emailed Alin about the seizure letter... be patient and give him a little extra time... he will NOT let you down... promise:)

yea just e-mail him and wait. i mean customer service is great but this is not a "legal" business in america. and to expect anything more than getting your gear sent to ya form another company is ingornate. what alin provides is WAY more than your getting anywhere else and so in light of that you should be greatful and have some patience and just wait.i know it must be frustrating but imagine having this problem some where else. that should humble ya

Thanks JB for the reponse, it just appeared that there was a problem in the customers section. does not seem to take threads. I will email Alin; no problem
and yes I have patience.
The other response was just useless, but thanks anyway...

First off, I am a Mod here and that I recall, have received no questions from you regarding anything! Second, If you would have done some 'research' you would have known exactly what to do and where to send a copy of the seizure letter to! This is taken right off the AlinShop "Seizures and Damaged items" section:
Seizures & Damaged Items
Customs Detention: Customs Detention: Even though everything is shipped with maximum discretion and care to insure no problems, and there is a very high rate of successful deliveries (97 %+), there is a possibility of risk with any international shipping that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. Since the success rate is over 97%, deliveries are guaranteed. However, in the highly unlikely event that if your package is detained by customs, I will reship 100% of the order, upon presentation of the original seizure letter in the original envelope it came in. Please, make sure you keep both, in the highly unlikely event that an order is seized. Due to the superiority of my packaging methods, it is very common that a seized product was seized because of a problem in the customer’s country, not with the packaging. For example, the United States as well as Canada, any package coming from an international venue can be opened at will by customs. Many people don’t know this, and assume that probable cause or reasonable suspicion is necessary. This is not true, and any package from overseas can be opened and inspected for any reason. Often, in the cases of the packages from me that are opened, a customer is receiving several packages every month from China, some from Thailand, and then some from me, and this type of activity often causes customs to inspect packages. Despite this, I have less than 3% of my packages opened. However, since the problem with those opened packages is not with my packaging or shipping methods, I simply ask the customer to provide me with the seizure letter and envelope, and the costs of reshipping the package, and I will resend 100% of the order. I will not, however, refund any orders that have been detained by customs, nor will I resend to the same address that has had a package detained already. Although the seizure notice can take some time to arrive, your order will be reshipped will be in a matter of days, so please take that into account, in the event that you are awaiting a package.
On express orders, for international shipments, procedure for customs is more stringent, with nearly every package from any foreign country being inspected in some way, shape or form, and as such I can not offer any refund or resend policy for express orders. Most customers have commented that my shipping and turn around time is so good that express orders are often not necessary.
DAMAGED ITEMS: When you receive your package and you find damaged items or different or less items that you ordered please take some pictures with your camera and send to seizure@pgpmail.in. We replace only packages that look real before you opened and removing from original package. Once you unwrapped everything is no use to make any picture because we will not take them in consideration
Only atachaments allowed are jpg jpeg or tiff.
Please be carefull not to send very large files because will not receive them.
Better send few emails than one with many photos.
If you sent other type of atachaments I will not receive (firewall delete them)
DO NOT SEND ATACHAMNETS TO MY REGULAR EMAIL ACCOUNT !
THE ONLY ACCOUNT YOU CAN SEND ATACHAMENTS IS seizure@pgpmail.in
NOTE:9 JUNE: CANADA RESEND NOTICE: Because many trackings shows packs stuck somewhere on the way and in reality those packages were received we will RESEND for Canada just based on seizure letter and not based on tracking information like now. Sorry but some try to get advantage of this tracking error on canada postal service.

I'm not trying to be an A-hole or anything, but didn't you read all the pertinant information before ordering? I recall reading what K1 posted twice before ordering. If you have emailed alin he must be exyremely busy, because it has never taken more than three days to get a response from him.
We are repling every day to all issues.
Everything is very clear and explained already on board and shop so normally if someone would read information would not need my assistance by email.
Order are sent trhough shop and are confirmed once I received.
When is sent status request ( allow few days to be sent ) you will get dates and tracking.
If order was seized you send pictures to seizure@pgpmail.in and email me with new shipping address and we resend
Everything is simple, normal would not even need more than few emails if are sent at right time and have right questions
Problems that I get 600 emails per day and lots of them are how I use that or what are stealth codes or how I place order and all those email are not even required information is on alinshop and alinboard
But if you dont get our reply then read WHITELISTING ALIN DOMAINS and EMAILS ( AOL block our emails etc...)
I made system such way that shoudl be much more than easy for anyone to place order get tracking ( respecting to keep order number in subject line and email for status after few days etc..) even get a resend ( send pictures not scans send enevelope wait to be checked then send email with new address.
I dont see any weak point, but anyway we are replyng to over 600 emails daily and rarely we leave 50 emails from one day to next day

yes is true sometime I dont reply to emails that arent pertninent, like "how I know you are not police" (AlinShop police ? LOL ..) or "do you know a shop with same prices than you but front orders ? "

For some odd reason... I cannot get my mail delivered to the seizures account... I always get a failure notice... I have forwarded the undelivered mail notice to your heartcable account... can you check into it further so I know whether or not I need to do something different???

HOLY SHIT... I went back through my messages to the original mail that said to send to the seizure account...
THERE IS AN EXTRA LETTER IN THE EMAIL ADDRESS... If this is the reason I have been getting undelivered mail... then HOLY SHIT.... every time I clicked the link from the original message... I was using an incorrect address every time...

nobody is going to front orders, and you sure in the hell cant ask one supplier to tell you another one that you can go to!! that is like a real estate agent telling you to get somebody else to sell you a house so they can get comission instead of you. some ppl just dont think before the talk!

Bump that. I got friends that hustle and askin for a front of anything requires collateral. Speakin of which..."Hey Alin, can you front me my next cycle I Promise I'll pay you, for now you can hold on to my 'baby's momma'...Uhh, on 2nd thought you can just keep her I'll just buy my next cycle.
