OK. I never really known about this but how long does it take for Esters to kick in fully? I mean I know acetate works as soon as you take it but when for like prop, cyp, and ene stuff like. Does enanthate really fully kick in at 4 weeks?

i cant be exact with enth. or cyp. cuz im not an expert or anything but i do know that prop is another fast acting ester and it probably kicks in fully in the first 2 days but i would still get info from more experienced peeps on the board

it didnt keep me up at night but it did get me night sweats. i had to sleep with my one leg under the covers and a fan blowing on me but i also did that trowards the summer too. but i did notice i had more of an aggresstion for the first 4 days. i just had that feeling of opening a can of whooopass when i wrestled. i mean more then normal. the best thing about that tren ace was eating as much as i want and gain mucsle and strength and still losing fat when i wasnt trying. muscles felt rock hard on that stuff. The pumps where great. i like Tren. all my bros that try it even the one competeing in BB loves that stuff.

Your blood levels peak within a day or two, regardless of ester, then the ester slows the decline.

when you say kick in, you are referring to seeing gains. Though the ester will peak, if you are taking say; sustanon 250 1ml / week. This form lasts one month before all the drug is gone from the site, as you are taking it every week, the levels build up and up and up! I would say the levels would then be highest after one month.

for nandrolone decanoate, the ester lasts about 3 weeks. They use it once in a blue moon here for osteoporosis (down in the UK) at my local hospital. Again you should see peak levels after 3 weeks. Stanozolol is given each week (again for the same indication), so you might see peak plasma levels after one week.

I hope this is usefule, but remember plasma levels are different to the gains you will see!

Not when you frontload.

Well...what I mean is that from any given shot, the blood levels of that shot peak within a day or two, then the ester slows the decline...of course, if you shoot again 3 days later, then there's an additive effect on blood plasma levels form the new shot while the other is declining.

People often think blood plasma levels peak at drastically different times, when really the ester is more responsible for the height of the initial peak and the length of time the parent hormone to leave your body.
