So I took a mild break from training. I took about 2 months off. I was so burnt out and couldnt force myself to go anymore. Then the move to the new house and job hours not being consistant. It sucked.

I have trained twice this week. Yesterday I trained by myself instead of with my training partner. Sitting there moving that iron it all came back to me. I remembered why I did this. So I pushed harder. Today I fucking hurt but it was worth it.

Today on my way to work I stopped and got the trusted galon of water. Its back to the grind and in a month or so back to the gear. lol

Yeah its a good pain. I am looking forward to hitting the gym like I was before.

My 2 months off did me a lot of bad. But it also did some good. I am now motivated again.

I am going to run a sus cycle soon. I dont have to stack it with anything do I?

If I do it for 10-12 weeks what should my pct be?
ANd what should it be if I stack it with deca? THis being my third cycle I dont know if I want to stack it or not.

Thanks alin.

I have lost some strength over the last 2 months. Its kinda bumming me out. OK its bumming me out a lot. I want to be back to where I was before I go back on cycle.

Speaking of which. Did anyone see the question I left on the first page of the thread?

What is making you want to do sustanon instead of a single ester? Is it that you already have it? Otherwise, might I suggest using Enanthate and simply front loading with Propionate for 2-3 weeks? You'll have a more stable run and it should cost less.
