Tim Sylvia, as bad as I hate to admit it. He wins by jab-a-thon decision.

Matt Hughes wins via submission 2nd round.

Kampmann wins via TKO in first round due to MUCH more experience.

Rich Franklin wins via heavy hands round 2. McDonald gets his ass whipped for rounds recently and pulls off a freak submission. NOT impressive.

Renato "Babalu" Sobral wins by submission. Lambert lost to Rashad Evans for Christ sake.

I can't stand Sylvia and am patiently awaiting this fight. He's got a puncher's chance and with that reach it's a very good chance, but if Randy can take him down (like Monson couldn't, even with his lil booties) and I'm certain he will, Randy wil GnP the shit out of him and I can't wait!

Sylvia's tough (Mir F'in broke his arm and he wanted to keep fighting) but I got Randy on this one all the way. Sadly though, as soon as they decide CroCop's ready for a title fight, it's his.

I like Brandon Vera, he needs a few more fights against some top notch ooponents (Arlovski maybe), but he'll be a competitor too.

Rashad's coming along, I agree completely with you, Leesus, he's a great wrestler and developing fighter, but I don't think he'll ever contend for the title.

I could talk endlessly about this, but I'll leave it at that for now.

today I asked one of the asian doctors at my job if he can supervise me while being choked out, he just laughed and said No, no, no, no.

When he came back my brother told him we needed him to "bring me back"

Depends on what kind of choke. A proper choke on the carotid arteries results in no damage except a slight headache. I good rear naked choke or triangle choke would be safe. Just be sure to have someone pull you to your back and hold your feet in the air. This will allow the blood flow to your brain to be quicker and stronger in case you have cholesterol problems.
