proviron and pct ?'s

i plan on taking 50 mg proviron a day while on cycle of 500mg sust/20mg dbol. when exactly should i start the proviron? also, pct i plan on nolva/clomid for 10 days. how much of each of those? currently 5'11'' 210 lbs. been lifting natural for about 5 years and this is my first cycle. Need some good advice if anyone cares to share. thanks.

IMO...I'm 47 and have been using gear since 1980...

The nolva should be used when doing the d-bol only... when you feel your nipples get itchy or sore.....I can't use d-bol because gyno is a serious issue for me....20-50 start with 50 till you get the gyno under control and then drop it down a little....Proviron should be used to counter something like deca dick...
Clomid should be used as your PCT..exactly 2 weeks after your last injection for 3-4 weeks...dose depends on your system....

use the proviron starting at day 1 of cycle. do not use during PCT though or it will have negative impact on HPTA.
