Several years ago I went on a crazy Lee Priest bulking diet and was up to almost 380 pounds(naturally). A good portion was fat with a significant muscle gain but nonetheless it was A LOT of fat. Finally after I got my ass in gear and realized that I no where near resembled a bodybuilder and if I ever planned on competing I'd need to diet and diet HARD! After about 8 months of continuous dieting and training my ass off I was down to 229 at 7%BF. As of now I'm up to 243 with a little over 13%. Here in lies the problem. I caused my skin to stretch around my lower abdominals and lower back (love handles) because of the unproportionate amount of fat that accumulated during my bulk around that area. It is the only place that seemed to not snap back into shape after I lost all that fat. It's not really saggy but slightly loose and blurs the lower ab/ erector spinae. Now my question. Has anyone ever had a tummy tuck? I think this may be the only solution but I wanted to try to get any firsthand experience before I go to a surgeon and get the "Oh, of course you need this procedure done, I can squeeze you in tomorrow" bullshit. I did a lot of research online but only found cases of seriously obese people having it done. So if you have had one or are a surgeon and have any advice please dish it out.

Here's a picture of my fat ass after about 2 months of dieting down to 320 lbs. You can see I carried A LOT of fat around that area.

Get as lean as you can, maybe do some GH (It will help "tighten" your skin) take some photo's and really think about it. Try the GH first though...

Thanks for the advice. I was planning on GH and hopefully get results without having to dish out over $8,000 and be out of training for several weeks but figured I'd see if anyone had knowledge about the surgery.
