Hello everyone

A little info to point me in the right direction please. I would like to get medically administered hormone replacement therapy. But berfore I start looking around for a doctor I would like to know what is the prerequisite for horomone replacement therapy? To begin with what is a low testosterone count number? Are there things I could be doing to ensure my success? Such as supplementing with a type of estrogen to lower my test. count? I figure I might as well let insurance help to keep me feeling as young as possible. A little about myself: Im a 42 year old male, 5`7`, between 215 to 220 lbs. Ive been working since my teens and Im currently recovering from pnemonia. So Ive been out of the gym for a couple of months and Im seriously atrophied. Ok I blabbed enough , thanks again .

you should be a good candidate for hormone replacement, dont think you would get turned down. to tell you the truth i dont know of any estrogen supplements, sounds kinda dangerous, and risky if you ask me, your for sure going to get serious gyno and probbaly look watered down, female fat disposition, and if your going to get it you gotta be truthful with doctor. you will probably get a long acting test such as sustanon or enanthate or cypoinate, from what ive read 1 shot every 2 to 4 weeks, i had some great links on testosterone replacement but computer got wiped out the other day sorry, but they are still on the web if you search!

I agree with "jstforme", at your age getting HRT should be no problem at all. As for supplementing with estrogen... yeah bad idea...there is absolutley no need for this.
