Guys,
I want to maximise T3 usage. I am going to buy 200 50 mcg tabs, and I want to know some reccomendations on best usage principals. You know... how you have used it in the past, no-no's, etc etc. Lay out your usage like a cycle if you would. I would like to know also how you feel about mixing in Clenbuterol, and using the mixture as an off cycle concoction to rip up. Thanks in advance.

200 tabs sounds like wayy a lot to order but im guessing your saving some for many other times. t3 shouldnt be used for more than 6 weeks on end. you need to ramp up to a steady dose then slowly ramp down, coming down is the most importatn part. i think that if your going to use both clen and t3 you should use it with gear, its too strong and your normal test level will not maintain your gains. yes you will loose fat but also hard earned muscle when taking t3/clen without something to maintain mass

Agreed.

I would also add that going much over a 150mcg per day is not usually necesary or advisable... there is absolutley no need for it. In most cases 100mcg per day is sufficient, but if you choose to go higher I would only do so for a very short period of time. Your messing with your thyroid here, and if your not careful and if you are ill-advised, you can really screw it up with this stuff.

This might be the wrong forum, but I've never really understood how T3 works. How does messing w/ your thyroid help a person loose fat?

without getting in too deep, basically cytomel is a synthetic form of the thyroid hormone T3. thyroid hormones are reguarded as the metabolic regulators of the body.. high levels of T3 speed up your metabolism, burning and using calories more suffiiciently.

i think that one should consider what thier nateral production is, if your naterally in the high range take less, when i had my blood work done i was at 4 nanograms per decolitre of blood, 12 was high and 3 was low, i think for best results one would want to be about 12-14 nanograms/decolitre, i dont see any point in taking more than 50mcg per day, ive always done 50mcg per day for 3 weeks on and then 3 weeks off, never do io taper ive been doing this for a few years, during my 3 weeks off i take ECA stack, ive also used clen in this manner but i dont take it anymore because of cramps in my hams,now mick says its safe to take T3 for 6 weeks, and ive been meaning to run it longer but havnt done so yet

Taper up and then taper down...No more than 150 mcg's of t-3
clen should be no more than 400...Break those 50's in half increase a half every 3 rd or 4th day...And at the end make sure you taper down exactly like you tapered up and probably staying witha half for the last week...

I hope your ready for serious nite sweets and leg cramps and shaking sometimes....Be ready to go thru several pillows a nite....

Also you have to drink a minimum of a gallon of water a day..This is the most important part water and then more water....electrolytes too.....Keep taurine on hand because you will get calf and hamstring cramps at nite...

Does it work ...you bet it does but are you willing to pay that heavy of a price...Cardio and diet is much safer and a whole lot less painfull...or you could try an eca stack which is alot safer than t-3/clen

Looks like BIG-O gave you some pretty solid advice.

IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD ALSO THROW IN SOME V-8 IN JUICE IN THE MIX.

Thanx to all of you guys. I am winding down a major 10 week cycle. The last 5 weeks I have been using Tri Trenabol. It ripped the fat off me like a m.f.er!
I have one more week of Tren and then I am gonna start PCT. After my PCT I am gonna run T3 and Creatine. I am gonna mix in Clen lightly. I am gonna run the T3 like you guys said. I want to avoid as much muscle mass loss as possible. Any reccomendations to minimize that? Maybe a supplement to help?

Do not use t-3 when your coming off or when your not on the gear because you will loose a lot of hard earned muscle..You'd be better off to increase your appetite and add more calories and try and gain a little more even if it's a little fat your muscle will have enough to feed themselves so you won't loose it...Yes you'll loose a little muscle tone but you can still gainwhen your off....It's a myth...your best and most solid gains are when your off....Then if you have too do a cutter for next cycle....

But remember eat clean and drink water and most important rest..

Thanx again you guys are great. I am gonna run 5 weeks of test with the t3 and clen then along side eachother. To counteract any muscle loss. Like an off cycle testosterone run. Then ramp up to my spring cycle of Tren E and winny depot, with Test E. You guys gave me a lot to think about. I am busy putting it together based on sound advice. Later guys.

As long as you stick to low-end doses and high protein, muscle loss should be negligable
