Hey guys
Ijust wanted to ask your advice....I'm six foot two and 250lbs,I've been lifting for over 10yrs now and I'm 36yrs of age.My question is this,I have used gear in the past for approx four years,but i havent used it this past year. I said I'd give my system a rest,now my problem is how would I start back on it. I presume my system would be fairly clean of all gear and my receptor sites fresh again. I want to cut up for the summer and put on only quality lean mass!! what would you guys recommend. I have used some clen through out the year,but only in small quantities. my bodyfat is 20per cent I'm ashamed to say,but dropping all the same.
